Went in there for the 1st time today. Service was horrible and slow. My burger looked like it had been thrown together in 5 seconds but yet took over 20 minutes. Fries were just thrown in the bag with a small white cup on top which only had a few fries in it. Bag was covered in grease. I don't recommend.

Stacks has the best hamburgers in town. No seating, and take out only. The burgers are made fresh, and are always the juciest! With a small, extremely friendly staff, it's a wonder how the chain burger joints are still in business.

I always get a double stack burger and it’s been good every time. I really like the onion rings too. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Great place to grab a quick meal to go.

The food is good and the employees are friendly but they are beyond slow. They tell you 15 to 20 minutes and when you get there 30 minutes later your food still is not ready...you have to call ahead an hour before you want it. Been here twice on my lunch break and had to wait both time after calling ahead 30 minutes before I showed up.

They say they open at 11am. We showed up and sat outside for 15 minutes and still not open. I gave it 2 stars because the burgers taste good but if you say your open then you need to be open.

Expensive for what it is. The burgers are just ok. The chicken is pretty good though. Be prepared to spend a lot more than a fast food place. I could see the price if this was a sit down restaurant but it isn't.

Food was really good but nowhere to sit down, no trash cans in business for customer use, we couldn't even wash our hands before we ate because no facilities available to the customers. No napkins placed in our order bag to clean off with.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is great and they just don't know how to down size. Waiting area is warm but besides that the best burgers in Effingham
