Pizza Hut

This was the worst experience we have ever had at this store. I ordered online, got to the store when it said it would be ready. They forgot to make one of the pizzas on the order. So I had to wait 25 more minutes to get that,and the one that they made was not what I ordered I ordered extra pepperoni and hot seasoning on it and they gave me a plain pepperoni. The personal Pizza wasn't cooked through so it couldn't be , and the cookie was BURNT. We didn't get any marinara sauce with the breadsticks or the p'zone, and I didn't get the garlic sauce that I paid for. My family was very disappointed, to put it nicely.

The delivery driver was outstanding the Supreme Pizza was delicious, however the store ran out of mushrooms (my favorite), the agree and not strongly agree rating was due to the Cinnabons Mini Cinnamon rolls were slightly burned. This will not stop me from ordering again soon... but hopefully the next order will be perfect..

My family has always had a terrible time ordering pizza online and then having it delivered, or having me go pick it up. For some reason there is ALWAYS something wrong with it. Well, this time it was perfect! We had some relatives stop by and stay for an impromptu dinner and we all decided that pizza was something everyone liked and could eat. When I arrived at the store and looked, it was perfect. Everyone loved it and both pizzas disappeared. Good Eating!!

The employees at the store were amazing. The driver who delivered my order was not. I ordered 2 dinner boxes, he only brought one and when i said something about missing one, he shrugged his shoulders and claimed he was only given one. I called the store and was informed that both were together and that he only grabbed one. They sent him back with it and also two free 20 oz Pepsi sodas.

I went on line to order a pizza from the Pizza hut 0ni Springfield, Georgia. When we went to pick it up the program had automatically sent it to Rincon about 5 miles away. I could not order over the phone because it said that the business was not taking phone calls. I will not be ordering again because the pizza was cold when I got it home.

Well my pizza was good and the wings were okay, I appreciated the call, I ordered an item and they were out they called to give me some other options! Cool! Delivery driver was prompt. In general Pizza Hut needs to revamp their recipes and allow their employees to offer creative local recipes as well... but hey lol it was good and the service was great!
