I like Arctic Circle, their food is pretty darn good, and I LOVE their fry sauce. This location was good. They were quick and friendly. They even replaced a hot dog for us when it was my fault it wasn't right. My child wanted it with ONLY ketchup, but i said "with ketchup". So it comes out with ketchup AND a relish sauce that normally comes on it. They were kind enough to replace it anyway.

I have always loved Arctic Circle, and once again they don't disappoint. The little gal in drive Thru was cute as a button! And the food was amazing! Got shrimp n fish basket. And Fry sauce I love it 😀 😋 😍 👌

Tonight was my last trip to Arctic Circle! A SMALL shake—$4.99—really??!! I had a coupon for $1.00 off that they said the gave me—NOT! Plus it took them over 10 minutes with no one else in the store! Unbelievable! I hate to see the price of a medium or large shake! I recommend visiting another fast food where you can get an entire meal for that price—-duh!!!😜. Oh and I also got a cone—and the cone itself tasted rancid—I will be passing on AC forever! 🤞

The service is good and the product is decent. The service and the quantity could be better. There aren't many fast food options in town so they are an anchor there.

They forgot half of our order. One burger wasn’t cooked. Cheese curds were burnt as well the halibut was covered in salt. So much salt it wasn’t edible. Hot dog wasn’t edible. Over all experiences not going back. Sad to say since my family has went here since we moved to Rigby.

Literally HORRIBLE. Almost every time I’ve gone something in our order is wrong or missing. Tried again today, because my kids like the food. I ordered a wrap, received 2 cheeseburgers WITHOUT THE MEAT!
Oh and one of the kids meals was only fries.

One of my favorite fast food burger joints, it's a or hit/miss depends on the day and location... Best location in my opinion is the one on the West side of Idaho falls.
