Fav sushi place! Great rolls and I recommend the rock shrimp appetizer....great atmosphere and love the owner!!!

I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to for Blu Sushi because it is HANDS DOWN the best sushi spot. I live in NYC and have been to so many different sushi restaurants across NY, NJ, MA, etc., but have never found the high level quality for the price point that Blu offers. Personal favorites are the treasure island, the udon noodles, the cheesesteak spring roll, OMG I could just go on and on. Oh and honestly all of their rolls ARE SO GOOD. The platters are amazing for a group/family takeout order. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
BEST SUSHI EVER. We've been taking out from Blu for years and it always exceeds our expectations - we'll drive 45 mins to pick it up! Fresh fish is definitely a priority here and the service is always top notch. The treasure island is so unique and one of the best sushi appetizers I've ever had. The crazy sunday roll, yellowtail jalapeño and rock shrimp are other favorites in addition to the sushi platters. Always try their specials!
Blu is always our go-to and has been for a few years, either when we’re in Ridgewood area or traveling out of the city if were craving something a little bit above (read: way above) the status quo. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but OMG the cheesesteak spring rolls and the Golden Billie roll...just saying.
