Dim Sum Dynasty

We were at this restaurant about 4 or 5 times, and even brought friends with us one time and the food was very good and service was very good. This last we came , the hostess sat us down and the waitress came over and took our order and brought us some of our food, never brought us our full order. We had to ask multiple times for the rest of our order. We were completely ignored with only 4 other tables that were occupied. We saw that the hostess spent at least 15 minutes talking to her friends a few tables down. We saw our waitress checked on a table behind us a total of 6 times to make sure they are fine, had their food, drinks etc. We approached the hostess about our concerns and mentioned we've been patronizing this business for quite some time. Here comes the steady stream of excuses. We then heard our waitress scream something in Chinese, presumably about her tip. Really? No apologies, no remorseful feelings. No reaction. There are no excuses for this behavior, and for the prices they charge, I really do expect way, way more. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The amount of fat in the veal plate that I ordered was insane. I had ordered the same dish years back and It was very good but this time it was horrendous!!! The bell peppers that came with the sweet and sour chicken were moldy, it was very concerning and disgusting. We ordered crab Rangoon that we normally love but it was a totally different thing Never going back

If you like woody chicken, fish-crab-fruity pebble rangoon that's been over mixed a thousand times such that it springs back like sausage and enjoy powdered broth without any gelatin with flavorless unseasoned pork dumplings then this place is for you. The tea was the only enjoyable part. They will also run down the street after you demanding an explanation of their poor service. 0/10
