The Long House

Sadly this place has had it's fame go a little over their heads. While they close at midnight they are now closing the dining room WELL before 11pm and their to go orders at least 30 minutes prior. The food is still decent. The "A" team is certainly not here during weekdays but the food as i said is decent nonetheless. Will update review as needed

If I'm looking for sushi around Ridgefield this is where I would go. Best sushi in this area. I had California rolls and masago with rice. It was delicious! The only reason this is a four star is because of the service. We sat in the bar area and she was so busy she forgot half my order, we. Couldn't flag anyone down and it took forever for us to pay. I love the food so I'll still keep coming back. Recommend if your looking for some yummy sushi!

Ordered 2 double shrimp rolls to go and it had very little crab salad in it. The Asian sushi chef who made my order during the weekday puts stringy portion every time. He puts heavy rice and little fillings of good stuff. I don't know why he is so stingy. It's Not like he is the owner of the restaurant. He should be Generous with what he puts in the roll and make customers Happy. Then we would go more often. I love Sushi chef Henry's rolls as he makes the generous nice rolls. However he seems to work in the eve and unfortunately nowdays we visit casino and restaurant during the day. Henry is the best sushi chef who makes the best rolls! I will have to go later next time we go to Long house for sushi.
