Not a safe store. In addition to three guests without masks at this store at 52 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT, when I mentioned this to the manager, I noticed he was wearing his mask under his nose. He said that masks are required in the store, yet there was no visible signage and no effort on his part to reinforce this policy with the guests. 7/30/2020 aprox. 11:30 AM

I really like this place it’s super convenient but lately the staffing just isn’t it. They are kind of unprofessional and rude. I went by at around 5 today and saw some staff sitting with their feet up on the tables and when I walked up they were reluctant to come help me, when they did, they gave me the wrong muffin. I had a long, stressful day at work so it’s on me that I didn’t go back and ask for the right Muffin but it shouldn’t be up to me to fix that sort of thing. Do better please

It's Dunkin! Very consistent with the brand. Clean place and friendly staff. The baked goods are always fresh.

Plenty of parking spaces including handicap spaces. No drive through, male and female restrooms. Good for groups and cozy inside with handicap entrance. It is not easily noticed from the street in normal traffic; no out- door seating.cool place to hang and watch the news which they always have on.

I enjoy going to this particular D.D. in Ridgefield, CT because: Open 24/7; Usually prompt service; Conveniently located in the middle of town. I'd like it even better if it had a drive-thru. However, the town in which it's located doesn't permit drive-thrus. For all intents & purposes, this is the only, "fast food," restaurant in the area. Others are on the outskirts of town.
