Bareburger - Ridgefield

This place really has something for everybody. I love the impossible burger, it also has the beyond burger, it also has meat for carnivores. I love the vegan kids menu, we love the food in general, the server was very kind to everybody, especially to one person in our party who had special needs. We really appreciated the kindness. They have WiFi and good portions, easy parking, reasonable prices...can't recommend enough.

Edit: The menu has been changed. The restaurant no longer carries Beyond Meat. Vegan options have dramatically reduced. Old review: So good! One of my favorite restaurants in the Danbury area. Welcoming to vegans and people with food allergies. They have an allergen menu you can see upon request, vegan milkshakes, Beyond Sausage, and vegan burgers (including vegan cheese and vegan buns; burger bun pictured isn’t vegan).

Burgers are amazing. I always go with the Bison burger cooked rare and they make it RARE. Also some of the best fries and onion rings around. But they deliver through Delivery.com which is absolute garbage. The last few times I've tried to order, the app messes up or they don't have drivers. Please use doordash or ubereats. Raise your online prices 30% to offset the fees. I'll pay that to avoid downtown Ridgefield.

Love this place! It has awesome burgers and lots of other choices, as well as a "Make Your Own Burger" menu. The crispy, buttermilk fried chicken sandwich (Sweeeet Bird $9.95) was amazing and filling, with such yummy flavors both sweet & savory. The fried pickles are to die for! They are spicy so be prepared. The burgers do not come with fries. They are extra; so I can only assume you get a ridiculous amount. The prices were fairly high for this type of restaurant but apparently everything on the menu is locally sourced and very fresh. The burgers start at $10 and go up with every added topping. French Fries start at $4.25; sweets at $5.25 My adult (college age) kids are both Celiacs (Gluten free and one is Dairy free as well...not by choice) and Bare Burger had lots of great choices from this nice menu. The staff take these allergies very seriously so we felt confident eating here. They even have dedicated GF fryers for French Fries both regular & Sweet Potatoe Fries. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back. Thank you Bare Burger. Oh sorry, I almost forgot... the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our food came out pretty fast and was perfectly made to our specifications. I'd highly recommend it. Enjoy!!
