I came here a few years ago and returned today. GOSH I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is absolutely amazing and the portions are great! My favorite pieces are the wings -(I’ve had bbq and Garlic Parm both 10/10), crackling pork belly, and the half crispy chicken. I usually don’t like cornbread but theirs is so moist and tender- it’s perfection.
As for dessert: I love the caramelita sundae!!

Quality BBQ in the Northeast! BBQ is my favorite type of food and growing up in South Carolina I know what good BBQ should taste like. This is probably the closest thing to good Texas BBQ you’ll find in the Northeast. That said it’s not perfect.
We ordered quite a bit because we like to sample and compare it to other places. We ordered: Brisket, half rack of ribs, crispy pork belly, pulled pork, half a chicken, link of the cheddar jalapeño sausage, Mac and cheese, cornbread, baked beans, collard greens and the slaw.
The stand outs were the sausage (super good smoked flavor), smoked chicken and the ribs. Brisket had a good bark. The collards and baked beans were a bit of a let down. All in all very good and will come back.

I came here with my wife on a Thursday evening not too long after opening. The restaurant is nice and charming and the smell of a smoker adds great ambience to the front lot! I am a third-generation Texan raised in the South and a bit of a barbecue enthusiast so since we were nearby I was excited to try.
We ordered the Texas poutine, 1 lb of the Thursday Prime Rib special, 1/2 lb of brisket, one link of jalapeno cheddar sausage and one link of their weekly special brisket boudin sausage, and a side of collard greens. Poutine is my favorite food aside from brisket, and the combination of the two was insanely amazing; smoky, salty (not too salty), savory, just great! The prime rib was absolutely fabulous, definitely some of the best I've ever had, and the horseradish sauce had the exact right amount of kick to it.
The brisket was good, it passed the ultimate Texas test and had great hang to it, and it had great smoky flavor! The jalapeno cheddar sausage was fantastic; my only two critiques were that the greens were good, but could use a little bit more spice (not *heat*, but spice); and the brisket boudin was quite dry (I am also a boudin enthusiast from growing up on the River across from Louisiana and I think the issue is it was low on the fat content, but Isaac Toups has a great YouTube video on making boudin if you want the 411).
TL;DR Fabulous food and great service in a very cozy dinner spot, only drawback is that there is very little parking and the nearby businesses seem intent on threatening to tow anybody who parks there, so be prepared for a bit of a parking dilemma if you want their fantastic food!

Great food! One of the best briskets we had! Nice atmosphere. We were told we need to wait 20 minutes to be seated but they were ready much faster.

Repeat offender here! Never disappoints!
Where to even start? I've had an array of appetizers and bbq meats. Loved every single thing. Of course the pulled pork is to die for! I love the sauces that they give you for them as well. Tried the smoked wings tonight, my new favorite wings. And my all time favorite, the s'mores ice cream cake!
The only two things I would complain about (but clearly didn't change my rating) is the parking is usually quite busy and sometimes it's hard to get them on the phone to answer.
But besides those 2 things, I LOVE this place !

Visited and had a waiter named Erica, shes was very nice and knowledgeable. But seemed a bit overwhelmed. Only visited our large party a few times.I assume this place is understaffed.
Pros:
Taste: AMAZING!!!!!!!
Portions: HUGE!!!!
Staff: is extremely friendly.
Restrooms are clean.
Con:
Alcoholic drinks are terrible. You’ll be better off with a sixpack of mikes hard lemonade.
The Fried Oreos are very gamey.
Food is just a tad bit pricey.

Heard good things and decided to take a ride there for Saturday lunch. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Wish you were closer. Parking is a bit of a pain as the lot is busy. We were greeted upon entering and seated immediately as the dining area was not busy. Had 1/2 lb brisket and side of beans. The brisket was very tasty, but unlike true Texas bbq it was a bit dry even though it had a decent fat layer. The house made Carolina Gold bbq sauce was surprisingly good. The beans have a nice brown sugar taste. Our server was fantastic, explained the menu to us first-timers, and checked back to the table several times during our meal. Nice touch of comedy adding masks to the photos on the wall. Next visit I think I’ll try pork or beef ribs.

The food was so good!! We ordered the Holy Texas Trinity for my family of 5, which included 1 pound of brisket, one of each sausage link, a rack of pork ribs and cornbread. We had to ordered the sides separately which is why I didn't give it a 5 star. For the price, it should've came with at least 2 sides. There's 2 kinds of sauce on the table for you to add to your liking. We liked the sweet bbq sauce. Overall, would recommend.
