Ordered latte today, opened the cup there's a black hair on top of the coffee. Husband returned no apology from that sour face old woman. Replaced with another one, again there's hair on top of the coffee. She said she just made it with long sour face with no apology again. Husband asked for refund. Worst place and bad staff ever.👎👎👎

One of the best coffees in town! Staff are always friendly and never stop smiling. Absolutely love the crumbed chicken pasta mixed in with the Chilli mayo sauce!

The staff are so polite and always have smile on their face which make you feel good. The customer service at soul origin Richmond is the best customer service than anyother shops. They are very friendly and energetic i love to go there more and more and also i love the food of it. The combination of staff and the food of soul origin make one of the best cafe in australia.

The food is awesome and after having a salad i feel like its the best ever salads that i have eat in my whole life. Everyone should try the salads and coffee and also the breads they are so fresh and best in taste. Its have nice chicken in it and the sauce on it is very tasty i just love it so much........

The salads are just what you expect from Soul Origin, but the owners are very rude. The older Indian lady owner was berating a younger staff member, in front of customers. A few questionable food hygiene practises too. I've seen staff picking through salads when there were no people to serve.

Worst soul origin I've ever been to. Sandwiches are stingy with a tiny amount of sauce around the edges so it shows in display. When asking for more sauce on more then one occasion "we don't have any".

staff are bubbily and upbeat, the young male barista was amazing he had the biggest smile full of positivity and kindness, he makes a mean almond mocca aswell :)
Would highly recommend also can’t wait to go back :)
