I did appreciate that this establishment delivered the pizza on time. However, when you call and ask if the driver has change for a bigger bill, are told they do, and then the driver arrives with few smaller bills, one thinks a card shall always be used in the future-the tip cost me nearly as much as the pizza. Also, when you ask if they can throw in some paper plates and napkins because you are out of town and have none, it would be nice if that request was actually honored. That would have made the experience better, but all in all, they are fast at delivery and the product is okay. I know a person like myself will never be unemployed because I actually LISTEN to clients and do my best to follow through to accommodate their needs.

This is by far the worst. The staff here has less life than the walking dead. Ive worked for 2 Huts over the years and managed one. This is disgraceful.

How do you deliver 2 lukewarm pizzas 3 hours late, and not even offer an apology for the wait or the cold pizzas? By the time I got my pizzas your actual store had been closed for over an hour, even though when I called after waiting an hour and a half someone at the store said that the pizzas were out for delivery, and only 5-10 minutes away. You don't even deserve the one star that I'm forced to give, because y'all are seriously trash.

I had sworn off Pizza Hut months ago after constantly receiving my pan pizza undercooked. However we gave it one last chance and it was amazing. It reminded me of how Pizza Hut tasted in the 90’s when they were at their best. Round of applause to this pizza hut team and their management. The pizza comes on time and just they way you ask for it. They didn’t forget one thing on our order and even gave us more than enough Parm and red peppers ! I will be ordering from here for my nieces birthday party for sure ❣️

Went in to feed about eight of us. We were seating quickly but had to sit and wait for someone to ask us what we wanted. We all wanted the buffet. We walk up and all my kids see are sausage pizzas of different sorts. My kids don't eat it, so they had to wait. Our waitress was a bit slow but did fantastic at trying to keep up with so many people in the place. What looked like a manager hovered over the buffet. Did he not realize other types of pizza needed brought out? My youngest had to wait a while for a cheese pizza. I would have lowered my rating further if not for our waitress busting her butt.

I called to order pizza for a nursing staff. The team member that I spoke to was not only helpful with the best deals to feed the correct amount of people, but he gave us an extra special to thank nurses. Not something they needed to do, but so so so nice. We are so thankful and will be ordering again. Not to mention the pizza was great!

Ordered online at 6:27p. Arrived-order given away. Oops, no apology. Manager "too busy to talk, call the GM in the morning." After waiting 30 min, finally got my food. Horrible experience and customer service. Calling GM 1st thing in the morning.

Awful customer service. I do not drive so I call for delivery. It was over an hour and half wait. The time before that it was almost two hours wait and when I call they told me the driver had a flat tire. The pizza was cold, not good. No one is apologetic, do not offer a free pizza in the future or discount. I do not have to use my hard earned money at place I feel so disrespected.mmi believe in tipping but it is difficult to do so when you are upset at delivery time. What happen to good customer service? So very disappointed. I will have to be very hungry to return to this kind of service.
