Bartender was horrible. 7 customers in the bar, the bar was covered with glasses and plates that had not been picked up. I was there for 40min and the bar top had not changed. Ordered brisket tacos and fries, and got maybe a half order at best! Had to holler at the bartender across the building to return to the bar after chatting with friends in the restaurant in order to pay him. Absolutely the worst BWW I have ever been in.

UPDATE:. April 11, 2022-They still serve the same great food. I redeemed my birthday certificate for six free wings. They tasted great! All I had to pay for was the tax and my drink. I definitely will come back.
UPDATE:July 9, 2022-And I did come back! Again, they still serve the same great food. I ordered six wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Diet Pepsi. I topped the meal off with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Everything was just as delicious as before. You know I will be coming back!

When you order wings and only half of it is covered in sauce you feel cheated. And when I ordered originally we ordered the spicy Doritos and they were out of the sauce and our door dash driver had to contact me and not even Bdubs… 🤦♀️ $65 of disappointment

Wow prices went up! 75$ For 3 people to eat chicken strips, a Cesar salad and appetizer! We won’t be back at these prices and with the bad kitchen staff! Two thumbs down 👎👎 BWW

I ordered 6 to make it 12 wings for 50% off Thursday. Jaime was very professional and pleasant. My asian zing wings were on point !!!extra crispy just like I asked for definitely will be back again!!!

They messed up my wife and I’s Door Dash order (forgot multiple items) but made it right. On top of that, they were very friendly and welcoming when we went in to use the gift card they gave us. The food here has always been good along with the service. My wife and I would recommend this place to anyone that likes wings and other bar food. It’s a step above other places that serve similar food too because they have some original items and frequently change aspects of their menu (new sauces, etc). Get to this Bdubs if you’re in Richmond! 👍🏻👍🏻

I just moved here from South Florida and the atmosphere was good in the restaurant the staff was friendly and my service as I do carry out and will be back again . Love their wings and their chicken enchiladas and mac and cheese

First time experience at a sports restaurant. The only sport I am interested in is fishing & cooking so I wasn't sure if I would even like such a place. To my delight I found the please full of great energy good service & a new found taste for sports food. Usually bdubs is a five star everytime but the service was bad yesterday. Our waiter wasn't ever there we basically had the trainer and manager get all of our food and drinks. Just a bad experience this time �

First time back in a while. Food was excellent! Love the Kickin' Honey Garlic sauce (limited time so hurry)! Hope they make it a menu staple. Beat out mango habanero as my favorite sauce. Sat table top in the bar. Kyle managed to provide us with excellent service while also tending bar. His dessert recommendation was perfect! Superb.

Not really a complainer but just got a Togo order tonight and asked for 2 cups of ranch.. Get home and there isn't any in the bag. Wouldn't be mad if they didn't charge almost $1 for a cup. Food was great though!
