Church's biscuits are the best in the world. Their chicken pieces are almost twice the size of what you get at the "other guy's." Also the staff is super friendly here, and considering the area, that's more than you could ask for.

The food is just so damn good to me and my family! Four stars due to them NOT having biscuits any more. Instead they have these little balls that are suppose to equal one biscuit. This is the only location that has the bread balls or whatever they are that I know of. But overall good, good food!

Went here for lunch. Wasn't busy but the girl at the counter kept walking from the front counter to the back, then back to the front counter, looking at me every time and straight up ignored me. This went on for about 5 minutes. At least acknowledge me by saying "I'll be with you in moment" or something. I work in customer service too and I know it can be tough at times but DAMN!! Food was ok. Restaurant was kinda grimey, we had to clean our table off before eating and like I mentioned, it wasn't busy so the place could be cleaner. 1 star rating is all I'll give.

It's temporarily closed due to the suspension of their health permit, as of January 16th. Hopefully they get cleaned up and re-open soon.

My experience with Church's is not a good one. First they never have the chicken you want, they always have you waiting for them to cook the chicken for about ten to fifteen minutes . Their lobby is always dirty an I stay across the street from it an on a few occasions I decided yo get something to eat before they close , and they would already be closed when they suppose to be open at nine o'clock . There closing time is 10 o'clock.

It was very inefficient in ordering quality, first, the speaker is broken and there was a note saying "the speaker in drive Thur not workins come to window" uhhh grammar . Next the order taker gave me 3 chicken STRIPS when I asked for 3 DRUMSTICKS. And looked at me as if I was crazy . I do not recommend this churches chicken if you want your order to be correct and rightfully priced. Oh did I forget to mension that I got the price of a 3pc mix when I got 3 chicken strips.i just wanted the manager of this establishment to know that my order was significantly unsatisfiying.

The dinning area is dirty as hell they don't hire enough help and they have chicken sandwich on the menu but never have it and never know when they will get more. Last but not least they are rude as hell if you ask questions

This is the Church's to go to in Richmond. Is the food any better than other Church's--no but they are FAST. Other Church's hire from the DMV.
