I am a delivery driver who has a pick up order at this location. I have never seen such rude service. I realize it was the first of the month and a holiday weekend, and they were busy however when you have customers that are waiting and not being acknowledged then there is a problem. I waited 15 minutes and when given the order the girl rudely sat it on counter without so much as a word or look!!

Do Not GO HERE they Have Messed UP My Food THE Last 3 TIMES I’VE BEEN!!! RIDICULOUS!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY WON’T REPLACE FOOD!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!! THEY NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT THEY ARGUED THAT THEY DID! VERY DISSATISFIED! THEY CLEARLY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!! I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no lettuce or pickle and eventually threw the top of the bun away and gave the rest to my dogs.This was a sloppy mess overflowing with some kind of slop dressing; this was pitiful. Food was warm and it poorly wrapped in the sandwich paper. Whopper was half covered and the lettuce and mayo had got on my hands and the inside of the bag. Annoying and messy. Plus the beverages had hardly any ice in them and they to were kind of warm and hard to handle due to cup bending at top. Seems like no matter where you are, whenever it be night or day... All BKs are very consistent in being rundown, poorly managed, dirty, non swept, missing lighting in sign or store and being understaffed. It's a real close race between them and KFC for worst resteraunts for appearance and cleanliness.

This place is so unsanitary and has a bad habit of keeping their doors locked, which might actually be a good thing considering what I found in my food. Who knows what the inside looks like. What I found in my sandwich was a bug that appeared to be a roach. There was definitely some kind of bug cooked into the sandwich, I know for a fact because a few of its legs were sticking out of the side so I pulled it out and it appeared that the body was deep fried but the legs were not! It looked just like a walking piece of food. I don't know how this is possible, but this place really shouldn't be allowed to operate or they should at least hire cooks who actually pay attention to their food!

This Richmond, Ky Burger King has gone down hill fast. Employyes and Management did not know about a new Chicken sandwich on their own menu. Then failed to put bacon on my dpuble bacon cheeseburger so they opted to give me a box of old cold greased over bacon.... I dont blame the employee. .I blame management.

i always have a great experience at this location! They are always fast at getting the food and it’s always hot. The staff was very friendly and patient with me as I was ordering with 4 Kids under the age of 7! We love BK and would choose it over McDonald’s anytime!

Visited Jan14 2017 and it will be my last. Everything inside was nasty and disgusting: behind the counter as far as I could see, drink and condiment station, tables and seats were greasy and had leftover food laying around. Absolutely disgusting. Never again will I visit this Burger King.

This is the worse service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The little girl taking orders had an attitude & was very rude! We waited for a god 10 minutes on our food half of it was wrong. They remade one of the burgers 3 times and it still want right. The pop machine was out of everything. I will NEVER make that mistake again!!!!!!

Went yesterday and ordered 30 dollars worth of food, not only was the lady not able to understand me at the order screen ( totally understanable) she was rude when I tried to correct her "I put down what you said and I'm not changing it" when I finally got frustrated and pulled up to the window to try and order my food she rolled her eyes at me and informed me that "bitches don't get sauses" she slammed the window and refused to come back nor would she as the MANAGER ON DUTY come to the counter and speak to me when I went inside to speak to her.....

Service was terrible. People before me had to send food back twice. I had to ask for my salad dressing which they were out of. Terribly slow.

I drove all the way to this location specifically for 4 Surge Icee drinks only to find out that the machine was down. I have received nothing but disappointing service the last few times I have been here and held my tongue but considering your location was unable to provide me with the specialty item that I went after when it was the only thing I was going to order, you can see how that would be a little off-putting.

On Friday June 17th at about 10 PM i visited the Burger King in Richmond, KY (the only one here). Though I have been through the drive through many many times, I decided after a long day of being in the hot sun that I would much rather "dine in" (for the first time mind you). A very friendly cashier greeted my husband, our friend and I. We gave her our order and we also had a coupon we wished to redeem.
Everything was fine until we needed to remove pickles and tomato from one burger, add cheese to two of them and remove onions and pickles from the last. The cashier (who was new and needed more training than she had) suddenly needed the coupon codes again (which automatically disappear when used) and eventually cleared our order off the screen entirely. After another 5 minuets and a "manager" appearing out of the back our order was taken.
Everything was fine until we got the receipt which had us rung up for extra items. I immediately looked at the cashier and informed her of the mistake. She apologized and got her manager again. The manager looked at the receipt and said," that's what you ordered. That's why it was rung up."
I informed her that we had ordered 3 full meals the prices of which include drink and fries so the extras were a mistake. In a very smart attitude she replied, " ...Well, you wanna add a milkshake or something on at a higher price to cover it?"
I said, " No, as that means I owe you more money." In a huff she began trying to correct the order. It than took our original cashier, the "manager' and another crew member 10 minuets (after my food was ready to eat and sitting on a cold counter) to refund the difference. Even the heavy set cook from the back came out and said," Since when does it take three people to fix a ticket?"
Finally I had the correct amount back. As I sat down to eat my cold food it was then i realized our food was improperly prepared. Walking back up front I asked for it to be fixed and watched as they opened our food and added the correct things (against the law). When I got it back they had taken off extra things and I asked for the third time to have my order corrected (again they just added what was missing.)
I used to work for Burger King in Maryland and my GM would not have stood for the bumbling idiots that were on shit that night.
We never received an apology or any sort of empathy just smart asses who said ," it wasn't me , don't blame me".
Not to mention when I tried to call your customer care line I was on hold twice for over 30 minuets ( I have the screen shots to prove it and never spoke to a sole).
I will never visit this location EVER AGAIN and I am officially done with the Burger King cooperation and you idea of customer service.
