Tried Wing night last week and sat for an hour without drinks and asking if we needed anything. We left. Tried one more time this week and somehow still outdid themselves. Buffalo flavor was supposed to be wet but came dry rub. Not the end of the world but at least season more than 2 with the flavor. And then the salt and vinegar chicken nuggets we got. An order of these costs 7 bucks and they're barely bigger than a quarter and hard as an ice cube. I'll just go to McDonald's next time and save 6 dollars. Waitress gave decent service this time đ

I really like this place. Good food, good prices, good service. Good environment if you like sports, if not it may make your head spin. I like the chicken strips and wedges as a personal favorite. Plan on spending around $30-$40 for 2 people.

This was the worst experience today we have ever had here. Ordered drinks and got the wrong drink delivered. Ordered food and received half of it and got the other half 20 minutes later missing the celery and a wing. How hard is it to count to 10? The lack of sauce on the wings was awful. Very very awful. Not sure if they just had a turnover of employees or what. But it will be a while before I try again.

We've ate here a few times AND TODAY WAS THE WORSE FOOD we have had from here. In the Past, the Food WAS always Great, NOT TODAY. The ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM TODAY, WAS THE SERVICE. Our Server, Kathryn WAS GREAT, BUT NOT THE FOOD. AFTER TODAY, WE WON'T BE BACK. There is a Local, Independently OWNED RESTAURANT near our Home, AND IT ALWAYS HAS AWESOME FOOD AND AWESOME SERVICE. ALSO, It seems RESTAURANTS THAT ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED HAS THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE. I HAVE YET TO BE LET DOWN BY "Mom and Pop" Restaurants, TODAY WAS JUST A REMINDER. Again, the Service was Great, IT'S THE FOOD THAT WASN'T WORTH HAVING.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is a little better than the rest. Staff is friendly and prompt. Even on fight/game night they are pretty snappy with your order
A little slower on game/fight night as to be expected.
I would give them a 5-Star however their use of sauce is wildly inconsistent. You can literally have a 1/2 and 1/2 order and one be fully covered in sauce while the other side of your plate was left lacking with dry crust longing for attention.
If you want full coverage I guess you have to ask for it.
All-in-all I'll be back but I'll be asking for more sauce.

We eat here(Richmond location) all the time and normally done have a problem with any of the servers. Tonight however, our waitress wasnât pleasant. Her name was Courtney. She didnât seem to want to be there and was annoyed with everything. We had another waitress step in and take over. Her name was Kristina. She was awesome! Friendly and professional! We LOVED her! Will come back for her.

Used to go to BW3 on the regular. As the price went up and the quality went down we stopped going. Gave it a try in northern Indiana about six months ago and it was excellent. Decided to go again in Richmond KY and it went back to terrible. Service = slow, food quality = poor (cold, old and salty), beer = fresh and tasty, atmosphere = good, price = way too high for what we received. We wonât be going back. There are too many other options to âsettleâ for an overall poor experience.

The service was terrible, the food was cold, the fries were dry and the boneless "wings" were more like nuggets. Had to go get our own napkins. I remember now why I hadn't been there in so long! Definitely won't be back!
