Sushiito

In the world of 2019, we live in the JFK dead, Donald Trump universe. In that universe we have our Chiptoles, our Qudobas, and our CAVAs. So it is only natural that we find the poké bowl make it way over to the American market. It shares the same traits as the aforementioned restaurants but the protein served at Sushiito is fish. I had a salmon poké bowl with shrimp tempura. My veggies were cabbage, green onion and cucumbers. The place also had roe as a topping which was nice.

Such amazing customer service from this beautiful woman named Addie! She was very patient with me and helped me choose my new favorite meal! Half chicken and half fried tofu bowl! There are many fresh ingredients such as rice, ginger, edamame, pineapple,avocado,mango, fried jalapeños, tempura flakes, seaweed and more!!!! Such a wonderful environment and food culture! And their sauces are off he charts! I will be coming back so often to buy from here! If you leave a review here they will give you a buy one get one free if you show them at the register that you’ve commented in the month of Feburary, so go in and get their reputation up because this establishment deserves it! SUSHITO IS A GO!!!

I've tried several other poke bowls and this is by far the best. If you like good sushi, check this place out. The raw fish is very fresh. There are also great choices of fresh toppings and really tasty sauces. Personally, I recommend a mix of the sushiito sauce and spicy aioli. Overall, good, healthy, fabulous food. You should eat here!

Franklin St at the corner of Schafer St. Suzanne and I had lunch with the owner, Adnan Bajramaliu, who explained the new menu that he has introduced to Richmond. We really enjoyed a great tasting lunch, the tour of the restaurant and met a very friendly .I'm sure you'll have a great experience too! Suzanne and I look forward to our next visit.
