Panera is a huge upgrade over the Au Bon Pain that used to occupy the same space, especially because the quality of their pastries and sandwiches are much better while the prices are about the same. Always great, I work at VCU Health! It's always busy but never too busy for Paneras. They get you orders ready so fast!
This Panera is inside of a hospital. I was able to come inside because security allowed it. May not always be the case.
