I pick up from here occasionally for deliveries and have gotten food a couple times myself, this is for sure one of the better Popeyes in the Richmond area(at least when I've been there) they keep the place pretty clean and I've yet to see the staff trying to fight each other or customers(yes sadly

I visited Popeyes on 1/21/23. When I placed my order I was told the Mild chicken would not be ready for 16 minutes. I decided to wait and while I was waiting I was offered a complimentary drink. The 2 young men who worked that evening around 5PM were so manner able and they checked with me every 5 m

Food is awesome. Alot of people don't think so. I hear people saying all the time that this place never crosses their mind when they are hungry. But I'm here to tell you all the food is great & customer service is just as compatible.

No napkins given or obviously available. Same for straws. Not asked about ketchup either. The kitchen staff didn't look overly organized either. Food was fine.

I was waiting for my wife who was ordering inside. Was playing with my one year old son outside near our car. Employee was taking out the trash, took the time to make sure I was okay and offered me a free drink if I was thirsty. Declined as wife had that handled, but I really appreciated the gest

I love Popeyes! The staff was Lively and taking my order was a pleasant experience. Their mac and cheese is good however I was disappointed that their portions was literally 1/3 less than I got 3 months ago!:-(. It's sort of amazing that a large drink and a side order of mac and cheese cost me $7.30

I came all the way from petersburg to get some of this.Amazing food as usual great customer service.
