Walter and Anna were excellent members of the Applebees team. My Bold rock Virginia Draught was poured perfectly. They provided superb entertainment during our recent visit to RIC airport.

Genuinely was taken aback by the tasty burger! Definitely one of the best I've had in an airport! For this reason, I must give it a 5 stars.
Burger was a classic cheeseburger add extra crispy bacon. Emphasis on the crispy bacon! Did appreciate attention to the small things.
The food was good, although the sever was nice. It took forever just to place an order. Luckily, we were there fairly early before our flight.
These 5 stars are for our server, not Applebee's. We had a layover Sunday 7/14 and chose to have lunch here. They only had one server who was inundated with tables. I wish I could remember her name because despite being overwhelmed, she had a positive and outgoing attitude. She was a Broncos and Nuggets fan, and she gave us her rainbow heart pin from her apron. Were it not for her friendly disposition, it would have been a bad experience. This was an Applebee's fail, but she saved the day!
Walter and Brittany were awesome! They were both very friendly and attentive to not only me but all of their other customers. Awesome service!
Brittany was great i was unsure what to get and she was patient with me and help me decide what I should get,i must say she gave a great suggestion and it was so good.
Dined at this Applebee's at Richmond International Airport 12/14/18 12:20pm. I sat at table #15. I forgot the name of the male server. The food was delicious and the host who sat me down was very friendly. The male staff who took my order was very nice, friendly, attentive, and spoke with a smile you could hear in his voice, see in his expression, and sense in his disposition. I hope management will be able to identify him from Invoice #976523 RefID: 125904 and let him know he is doing an amazing job. Definitely stopping by here when I return to town.
Good food, much better than the other places in that airport. Unfortunately, you have to go back through security since it's not technically in the concourse but definitely worth it compared to the other options if you've got kids.
I loved this place! The food is incredibly good, and the prices are below 20 USD for most of the meals.
