I can't talk on the atmosphere because I only come for breakfast and it's only when I'm in Richmond for my classes.
But the people during breakfast are super polite and always professional with me. I'd also like to point out the gentleman with the tattoos on his arms and the short hair. Super polite and always professional, also their food is better than any of the other McDonald's around here.

We stopped in for lunch. The server at the counter was very friendly, and our order was completely accurate. The food was hot and fresh. There was a gentleman named Eric working in the dining room, vigorously wiping down tables and chairs. Every table was spotless. He checked the supplies by the drink machines, replacing anything that was low, cleaning the area. The floor was very clean also, and this was in the middle of the lunch rush. A few minutes later he was picking up small pieces of trash outside around the doors. Very impressed by him. All restaurants and managers should take notes from this one.

Stopped by to get a late lunch. They were pretty efficient in getting an 8-car line through the window. Order was filled by the time I got to the window. They responded in a friendly way to my request for mayonnaise and ketchup. Food was hot, and appeared freshly made (can’t always say that). No complaints - about as good as McDonald’s can be

When we went, they were a bit busy. It took a little bit to get our order, but we were served within 8 minutes of placing the order which is appropriate considering the number of orders in the works. What made this McDonald's great was the manager. He paid attention to each customer and when he was taking care of something else, he told customers he would be with them shortly. He may not have gotten to everyone as quickly as they would have liked, but he kept the flow going. He is definitely an asset to this location.

My wife and I were at the train station with a couple of hours to wait when we decided to try the McDonald's across the parking lot. I don't go to fast food restaurants very often but I was very impressed. The customer service was fantastic. The manager even stopped by to ask how things were. These people could teach customer service to other "more expensive" places. Keep up the great work.

I had a very nice ,polite and healthful young lady to wait on us.... the service was great.. the Food was great. A young man came by our table and asked if we needed anything... and assisted us. Than came back and asked if we needed anything else..
The best service I ever had at McDonald's.. The cashier wished a blessed day when we left..
