Are you on a diet or just hate getting what you pay for? This Chipotle is perfect for you! I've ordered from here off the app twice, and both times I've gotten a burrito so small I wouldn't even consider it half of what it should be. It's so small, you probably won't even need napkins! Which is great, because this location is so cheap they won't give you those either.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is not the first time this particular location has provided unacceptable service. On several occasions I’ve gone here trying to give the previous bad experience the benefit of the doubt, however they continuously prove themselves to be consistent. The employees are indifferent to interacting with customers at best and at worst they flat out will ignore customers at times. Their line is consistently understaffed (though their prep and grill people are floating around the restaurant) which means means slow times through the line and because of such, any food started at the beginning of the line will essentially be cold or room temperature by the time it gets to the register. Today, the young lady on the salsa position overstuffed my burrito and then couldn’t close it. She then proceeded to look at me to make sure I wasn’t watching and wrapped it in the foil anyways. When I opened it, it was cold and half of the contents had already fallen out. Their staff seems to be inattentive, unenthusiastic and without a moral compass. Management has not prioritized quality control, neither in product or in employees. You’ll get your food it just; it just won’t be what you want.

BEWARE - This location should be avoided.
It is SIGNIFICANTLY understaffed. You will wait as long as 2 hours for your order, even if you placed it online well in advance. And not just on Fridays & Saturdays -- you will wait this long on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays...
Additionally, when it does finally come out, it will be missing items and/or prepared incorrectly. I will be finding another Chipotle location to order from and I highly recommend others do the same.

Why do I keep hurting myself this way? I order ahead and show up on time when it says my order will be ready. Maybe later. The store is pretty much empty. My order isn't ready. I watch people walk in, go through the line, and leave with their food before my order, which was placed 15+ minutes earlier, is ready. Chipotle, I want to love you, but this is ridiculous.

This is the closest chipotle to my house so I have been several times. Every time they are out of something and their customer service is always very poor. I understand there are supply chain shortages but this has been an issue for the last 8 months I’ve been going. I always leave this location disappointed. This time my bowl was SO SALTY. I cannot figure out why but I truly could not even finish the bowl because it was so disgustingly salty. I will no longer go back to this location as they have burned me too many times. GO TO ANOTHER CHIPOTLE LOCATION ITS WORTH THE EXTRA MILES

Consistently terrible. It is highly likely that you will NOT get what you ordered (online) and the manager makes you go to chipotle’s automated chat system to try to get a refund. The app isn’t updated so you don’t know when they are out of things and they are ALWAYS out of basic ingredients. And most of the time the automated chat system won’t give you a refund, they just give you a coupon for free guac when I didn’t even order nor want guac. So basically they are stealing from you. You do not get what you ordered and the people in the store don’t even bother to mention that half your meal is missing. They just let you get home and figure that out yourself. The store is also really dirty in the back food storage and prep areas. Im a food safety professional and this place has red flags and violations. I suggest eating elsewhere.

If you want to eat at a place where the manager yells at the entire restaurant that they can “clock in, cancel their orders, or wait and I don’t care which one you do” then this is the perfect place for you. Pick up orders from 7:10, 7:20 and 730 were still not ready by 815 and instead of the staff trying to help get orders out to be people who were politely asking for them they told guests they could clock in and make their order if they wanted it faster and the manager yelled at the entire dining room. That’s some McDonalds energy.

Bad Experience. I ordered 4 bowls through the Chipotle App and every single one was wrong. There were missing ingredients and others we did not order. The rice was not cooked and those that ate there bowl feel queasy today (the day after).
