This place is CASHLESS and does not have a ramp. The cookies were delicious, I also bought the cream cheese icing and it was so good. The location was a bit sketchy. It was a basement unit, very small waiting area - felt claustrophobic. Definitely a come and go setup.

First time spent close to $40 but we definitely were being greedy hahaha price reasonable !!! Everything was made fresh so that’s a plus ! I will say the bottom of my cookie was a bit greasy definitely some calories in the food but it’s cookies what do you expect ! I would definitely go back again !

The two $$ is accurate, they are a bit pricy but they're honest about it. The cookies are nice, especially warm. They have good policies for gluten - their gluten free options are prepared with different equipment to avoid cross contamination.
These cookies were beyond delicious. My favorite is the confetti and the s’mores. I visited the one in Richmond but definitely glad to know it’s one in Norfolk. Repeat

I pick up cookies from them as donations to boys & girls clubs, homeless shelters, retirement homes. There are real treat for those people and I find the cookies they make to be consistently delicious the store is clean and the service is prompt. Excellent work is always keep it up!
