I honestly don't know why people are complaining about the service. Everyone i came across was very nice. The food was very good. I like them more than chipolte because of more choices when it comes to whats on it or what kind of item it is. Plus chips are free! But like i said the service isn't bad i don't get it. My friends and i have no complaints. But also you must keep in mind some workers there do have metal disabilities. So that might be where some of that is coming from

Update, went back recently and the service was much better so I am raising the stars up to a 4.

The food is pretty good, not really good. The service is awful, these guys are totally rude. Not authentic Mexican, but I think most people understand that already. I rarely go here anymore, the customer service has really turned me off.

Better selection and prices than Chipotle or Qdoba. The staff is much more personable. Salsa bar is unbeatable at this price, and would be five stars if not regularly finding a dirty dining area.

It's been a while since I visited this location, so I tried it again. Maybe it's under new management? Clean, delicious, and really pleasant people working here now. Deron made my experience pretty great.
