I have always enjoyed Chipotle. The staff are always friendly. Although the meals have gone up due to inflation, I still order my regular half/half bowl, and it's always so yummy. This establishment, in particular, was organized & clean. There were quite a few patrons in the building at the time I was there, but I barely noticed due to the lack of noise in the place. I always take that as a sign that people are enjoying their meals because the noise is at a minimum. The staff were helpful and completely complied with any requests I had. I felt welcomed and comfortable and have plans to eat here again when I visit in the near future.

Went there on the Bogo friends day - buy 1 get 1 free entree. They were out of chips, cheese and lettuce maybe because how busy it was. The service could have been better, the staff didn’t seem too friendly (I understand they had a busy day though). The food was good - the guacamole was fantastic!! 4.2 / 5. Hoping for a better experience next time.

There was a long line (school fundraiser night), but the food did not disappoint! We love the generous donations to schools ❤️ Only complaint is that the tables are bolted to the ground, which meant we couldn’t pull tables together to create anything greater than a 4-top… but guessing there are good reasons for that.

The Short Pump location is the best!! Every time I have gone there the staff is nice and they aren’t out of anything

I'm genuinely disappointed in this location today. The food tastes pretty horrible and the portion was lacking horribly. I had a steak bowl and the steak is more fat then actual meat and tastes less fresh than normal at other locations. I'm pretty sure I'll stick to the one near innsbrook from now on based on this. They do it properly and are much more friendly.

Always short on food - today 15 mins for ckn, 20 mins for guacamole. Tables, chairs and floors filthy. Will drive the extra mins to go to the one near Innsbrook from now on.

Poorly run Chipotle. Only 1 person making the dishes. Long line. All other workers are just hanging out in the kitchen. Small portions had to ask for more chicken even though the person before us got twice as much chicken. Trash everywhere, overflowing trash cans, lack of sauces, tables not clean, just truly disgusting and careless. December 2016 update - there is a reason this is my second review, this is the second time I have been here and it's truly the WORST chipotle in Richmond! A year later the place is still the dirtiest Chipotle I've been to. Overfilled trash can, trash on floor, dirty tables. And the staff is horrible! 4 people on the line and still couldn't get orders right. Just young kids who could care less. Small portions. Had 3 burrito bowls and kid uses one for the customer behind me. I told him it was my bowl and he just threw it away to make a new one. This Chipotle needs to shut down. All the bad reviews are right for this store. I frequent the forest location and staples mill and they are far superior. VCU location is the top location in Richmond. If this Short Pump location is striving to be the top in Richmond, well it will be impossible when you're at the bottom.

Kinda insane they were out of brown rice, white rice, chicken and chips. Might want to be a bit better prepared at dinner time.

This is the worst chipotle ever. I frequent chipotle and I have never experienced a location this awful. It should not take a solid 10 minutes to get through a 5 person line at 3 in the afternoon. I have waited shorter times in a 20 person line. Please please please get your stuff together!

Very disappointed In Short Pump Chipotle today! The malls are closed, Restaurants are closed and even chick fil is closed as well due to a snow storm. Yet my sister who is an employee has to drive in this nasty weather because they wish to remain open. I used to be obsessed with Chipotle until my sister started working there and having to stay there until 230am for closing duties. They treat her like crap and now the icing on the cake she has to drive her eclipse in the snow to get to work. Why would you put your employees safety at risk when the shopping malls in the area are closed? And they have said multiple times on the news to stay off the roads!
