Always great with best quality and freshness. Their White Pizza is best-in-class and a family favored. Make sure to ask for a side of their hot sauce/dipping sauce. OMG…I would drink this stuff its so good. I added the leftover to some scrambled eggs this morning and it made a world of difference. 5⭐️

Establishment was clean, food was amazing. We got the works, cheese pizza, 10" Italian sub with fries. Everything tasted fresh and more authentic. Worth every penny, can't wait to go back!!

The place was very beautiful and well made. I enjoyed the pizza and pasta. When I went there I was with family and this restaurant was perfect for us. It fulfilled all of our needs. From nice waiters to amazing food. Though, I would have to give thanks to our waitress Anya who was so kind and understanding. With our picking family she was able to manage very well.

Nice and cute place. The food was good. The portions are huge. Waitress Anna recommended excellent dishes and drinks. She brought napkins, no one ever brings them. She constantly came to us and asked what else we needed. The place is not too bad, but the service is excellent!

Last night a large group of us went to Franco’s for dinner. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Angelica, took very good care of us and attended to all our needs. The customer service was spectacular and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!!!

The food ,was good But our Server was AMAZING and her name was Angelica P from Venezula Our Check#was#38 At Table 23 She was pleasant and checked on us Often But Not too much Just Right. This was refreshing since our last visit in January.2023. We will return more often If she will be our server as she made the experience so pleasant. GOOD FIND FRANCO'"S A KEEPER!!..

Huge quantities of good regular Italian food. We have eaten there countless times. Wife and I can get 2-1/2 meals out of a regular sized pasta dinner for take out! :)

I don't think the food is that good here, and for Italian food it's no where close in my opinion. The sevice was not that great either. The calamari was chewy and taste like no other calamari I've ever had. The garlic knots and salad was the best thing out of my whole meal. I give them a 2 because it seems to be a decent restaurant and they have a good choice of items on their menu, they just need to work on the food and the service. It's diffently not Roma's or LaGrotta for sure by far. I won't be back

Best pizza in Glen Allen. Being from NJ, this is the kind of pizza I love from home. Also, they were more than accommodating to make me a vegan pizza with no cheese and all fresh veggies. Defiantly 5 stars!

Got a roast beef sandwich which was fine(not amazing); but the calamari and carbonara left a lot to be desired. The calamari was flimsy and overly chewy and the carbonara had scrambled eggs in it. Not to mention to food took a while to get to us. If you're looking for a good, reasonably priced italian restaurant try Arianna's on lakeside ave or in Cary town.

Not a fan!!! Not busy and still took over an hour to eat...ordered chef salad with grilled chicken got lettuce,tomato,cucumber.told waitress and they brought me a plate of fixings to add myself...most spilled on table.After 10 minutes waiting to get my credit card back I went to register and my card was sitting on counter face up for the world to see .person at register did not seem to care.The pizza had been ok in the past but I won't go back.

My husband and I have been here several times and it's always fine, nothing special, but close to the house. We went Sunday afternoon and ordered a couple steak and cheese wraps. Everything was fine, until my husband bit into a sunflower seed shell. He (we) were instantly, completely grossed out because nowhere in that restaurant should there be sunflower seeds, let alone in your food. He spit it in a napkin and went directly to the manager at the front counter that very nonchalantly brushed him off and assured him that no one was in the kitchen eating sunflower seeds. My husband walked away before losing his cool and as he returned to the table, he watched the manager dart back into the kitchen - because he KNOWS that someone was eating seeds and spit one into the wrap - GROSS! We left the remainder of of uneaten food and I approached the counter to pay. Nothing was offered, no apology, no meal comp, nothing. I notified the cashier that I would not be paying for my husbands wrap, so they could figure that out. The manager took it off the bill and very hesitantly said "sorry about that". Unbelieveable. We will not be back.

Don't waste your time folks! I sent them this email, but received no response. I don't think they care:
My family and I just visited your restaurant. I have to say that we are extremely disappointed. I am sorry to tell you that the food was not up to par compared to many Italian restaurant that we've visited. To begin, the chicken parm was overcooked and it was NOT real chicken breast. It was rib meat. And it was overcooked. This made the entree very chewy and inedible. That's when I knew there was an issue. The waitress was kind enough to bring a lasagna as a replacement. That was just as bad. There were layers that did not contain any filling. The meat that was used was clumped together. Lastly, the tomato sauce tasted straight out of a can and seasoned with sugar. I can tell you that I know REAL Italian food since my Grandpa is from Sicily. I am not sending this message to be rude. I'm just letting you know that your establishment will convince people that have no clue about real Italian food, but if you care, you should really look into the quality of your food. The sad thing is that we like to support local restaurants, but we left feeling robbed. We actually walked over to Kroger's to get some food to make at home. Not cool.
