The food was good but the texture of the rice was a little different. It was a busy Sunday and the line where the food was being prepared needed to be cleaned. I think most of the staff was new and one lady was moving from the rice to the cashier. She was kind of holding the entire place down and the others on the line were lost.

Dining area could have been more tidy. Customer service was great! Kids meals are $5.35. Guacamole is $2.70 extra!

On October 30th, I ordered online only to discover it was closed, after I already paid. While it was inconvenient, I am rating Chipotle highly because they promptly responded to my refund emails through their assistant, Pepper, initially through the app. Chipotle delivers on customer service every time-- in person and online! The main thing that would've improved the experience is knowing about the closure in the app ahead of time instead of ordering and driving there to find it closed.
