Excellent atmosphere, food, & service. Located inside an antiques place, an unexpected surprise of a small cafe. No overhead music playing, which allows for table conversation. I had cinnamon hot tea, broccoli cheddar quiche with spring salad & fruit. My friend had the large spring salad (minus carrots). Food and tea were delicious! The staff were fast, attentive, and friendly. This place is a real hidden gem.

Very cool, secluded diner in an unassuming antique shop. You have to know its there which makes it even cooler! Well crafted sandwiches and salads with a daily special board. Open only for lunch, but they do catering, which i can personally say, is amazing! Find a reason to get away and check them out! I am very sure to return!

Get here immediately! De-lightful southern-inspired menu perfect for a delicious lunch. I was a little confused about how to get to the cafe (pro tip - charge forth through the Project 1 Home Furnishings entrance). After being distracted by all the lovely offerings we finally made it to the cafe, then the fun really started. I could NOT make up my mind after seeing all of the choices. I finally settled on the mushroom brie quiche with a side of 3-bean salad and kale slaw. Wonderful! Wish I had room for dessert. Oh darn, guess I have to come back!

My husband and I ate lunch on a busy Friday afternoon here and it was very good and speedy for how many people were there! Will definitely return!

I was absolutely delighted to find Lulabelles Café. I was in Richmond to purchase pottery supplies. And Lulabelles was just a half a mile away. We drove in to an industrial area, in a shopping center that was tagged for antiques, collectibles and art. We could see a very small sandwich sign with the name of the café and a brief menu. We entered what looked like a furniture store. They said the café was in the back. After perusing through some beautiful interior design type pieces, lamps, pillows, candles we came to a very quaint café. We were seated quickly. The lunch menu was very diverse and the specials were hard to choose from, everything sounded so good. I had the ham and Swiss cheese biscuit, Hardy vegetable soup and fresh greens with balsamic dressing. It was almost too much to eat. It was delicious and very reasonable for the freshness and amount of food. I can’t wait to find myself in Richmond again, to explore the art gallery and the other antique rooms. We literally ran out of time.

I honestly wanted to try 4 or 5 more items on the menu, especially the specials!
I went with the fried tomato BLT with pimento cheese (that’s what sold me) with German potato salad on the side. Both were excellent and tasted like only the freshest ingredients were used. I also had a cup of the tomato soup which was prepared exactly the way I like it, not too runny, not to chunky, but with a nice consistency and flavor that matched up well with my entree.
I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

AMAZING. Nikki came highly recommended from a local restaurant owner when I inquired about catering for a graduation party of 60.
Her communication was clear and always super friendly, she helped us coordinate with a local tent vendor, and she was exactly on time for delivery.
The food? Beyond description. Everything dish was devoured by our diverse guests. Beautifully displayed, unbelievably delicious and EVERYTHING went. No leftovers it was so good. Lullabelle’s totally made the event successful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and super affordable. Definitely a go-to for the future.

This cafe is a hidden gem! Coming to Richmond somewhat routinely, I’ve been stuck with mediocre dining experiences. Thanks to Google reviews, I found Lulabelle’s Cafe in the back of a antique store. The food was absolutely delicious and service was delightful! Knowing they won’t disappoint a hungry tummy, Lulabelle’s will surely be my new stop!

Best lunch I've had in Richmond! Pretty setting, super friendly staff, and most importantly the best food you could ask for. Lots of options and every item I've eaten there has been amazing, but you have to try the Lula Belle sandwich for sure. Desert is also a must! All made in house (except the nightingale ice cream sandwiches, also wonderful).

Outstanding brunch in a small, intimate cafe. Food was excellent, well prepared and served HOT, right off the stove. Can recommend the breakfast sandwich (egg over easy, bacon, swiss, lettuce and tomatoes on a brioche bun) and the founder served o cheese grits with a side of collard greens) but everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled delicious. Good crowd, good service, but PLEASE! Boil the water for the tea!

Wonderful local Richmond option! Lulabelle's delivered two dozen of their box lunches to our office and we couldn't be happier with everything. We'd selected a variety from their menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and sides. Thanks, will absolutely order again.

Quaint and charming with so many delicious sounding items on the menu that I had a hard time narrowing down my selection. However there was no 2nd choice when it turned out today's Virginia biscuits were spicy pimento cheese with bacon!! This came with a delicious side salad of greens, red onion slivers, and green apple topped with a tangy vinaigrette. Plus a cup of incredibly yummy Creamy Tomato Soup. I ate every bit and am already planning what to have next time!!
