This location is fairly convenient for the Short Pump residents and businesses. Parking can be difficult during lunch or dinner hours. Associates behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love half price bagels on Tuesday and MyPanera+ Coffee subscription. Online ordering system is easy to use, there is designed location for In-Cafe pickup and Curbside pickup is also available. Panera Bread is a wonderful franchise restaurant, however I never felt stuffed after a meal here. The portion is healthy, but not big. Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl looked like someone already ate half of the order, however the food was delicious and there was generous amount of Teriyaki Chicken. Flatbread Pizzas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads are always good.

Love the Short pump location.....the Staples Mill location atmosphere is not my favorite, but everything else is great! The Summit Panera bread location is the worst! Didn't like anything!

Recently visited this place for a quick lunch break one day. Even though this is a chain restaurant the staff was amazing, the food great, and the atmosphere was relaxing especially if you need to work or do school assignments using the Wi-Fi this is the place to go!

This is great place for a quick bite. We enjoy Panera bread and their healthy food. Family of four options are great. I like their Mediterranean sandwich and soup. There are different sandwich options.

I had pick 2, French onion soup- delicious as always and a half if chicken salad sandwich. It was very good. Very calm and quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean.

The good news is that my daughter is okay. The bad news is that you put nuts in her salad even though the order clearly states âno pecansâ and yes I have the receipt. I also have four tickets to tonightâs VCU basketball game that we couldnât use as we patiently watch our daughter for signs of a nut allergy reaction. This is the kind of mistake you cannot make. And you owe me $100 for my unused tickets and $7 for prepaid parking. This could have been so much worse.

Morning staff weren't fully awake. I don't eat there often, and did not feel welcomed to spend my money. Cashier was curt as if I should have the menu memorized perfectly. Work on customer service, please.

Wife and I went in for lunch today. We frequent from time to time, but not a regular by any means. Service has always been good but today it wasn't. We ordered our food and when we sat down my wife realized the gave her a chicken Caesar sandwich and not a chicken salad. Ok mistakes happen and I understand that. No biggie. What I do not understand is when she brought it to their attention, why they never made her a new one. They just scraped off the loose chicken and put a couple scoops of chicken salad on her sandwich that still had dressing, onions and other items on it. Tasted like crap and she never finished it. Left hungry.
