Cynthia and her staff are awesome. Great happy hour, food (wings and pork rinds are out of this world), and people. I go here several times a week - it’s that good.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. The food is fantastic. My wife and I have been to several restaurants in Richmond, multiple times. This was our first time at Jackson's. I told the manager they bumped a competing restaurant off our list.

We sat in the bar area because the restaurant was full, and the bartender was great. Best wings I've had in Richmond. Mac & Cheese with turkey sausage was tasty but almost too rich--we took most of it home and used it as a side with other meals, which worked very well. The mixed drink we ordered end
Delicious food and great service. Owner was friendly and down to earth. BBQ sauces were amazing...my favorites were the Smokey and the Spicy sauces. Great service and the best wings I have ever has. The St. Louis ribs were juicy and just fell of the bone with perfect flavor. Highly recommend. Great beer selection with good local microbrews and one from the Pacific Northwest from my home state. Will be back here next time I am in Richmond.
Great food, relaxed atmosphere. These wings are hands-down my favorite ever... The honey - smoked flavor is incredible. Even once we're finished eating my husband has trouble getting me to leave because I want to keep listening (read: dancing in my chair) to the classic soul/ r&b music.
Best wings we've ever had, no sauce necessary. Great ribs, great brisket, and the wrap is good, too. Good music and atmosphere in an historic part of the city. I wish we could make it here more often. Always an absolute pleasure.
The atmosphere is welcoming. Cool out have a drink and enjoy the awesome food. The only beer garden in richmond and best smoked meats around.
