Always an amazing experience!! Best calamari anywhere and Chef Michael and Denise are such a great team and the whole staff is one family!! Eggplant, seafood new Orleans, filet with lump crab, chicken parm, veal Parmigiano were all stellar!!! Thanks for a great birthday dinner!! Oh yeah, DONT SKIP
An excellent Italian restaurant. Everything we had was tasty and perfectly cooked. For me personally, I think there was too much sauce for the amount of pasta and I did not care for all that parsley on top. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!
This Italian restaurant is amazing. My “ seafood scampi” was so yummy! The scallops and shrimps where so fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely a must try while in Virginia. The service is also great!
This was a first dinner here. Came in about 5:15, which was a good idea because they fill up fast! Although they got very busy, our server Allie was attentive to everything we needed. The food was incredible, especially the wild mushroom ravioli and the canoli! We will definitely be back.
Fantastic food and service. I had the New Orleans seafood pasta dish and it was delicious. We will definitely go back.
Dined with friends recently. Nice neighborhood, cozy establishment. Food and service was excellent. A bit pricey.
Chef at this place is an artist. He creates magic with food that tastes heavenly!
I came to celebrate my birthday and was pleased! The owner is from Italy with a passion for cooking and a wife to support him. Together they have an excellent staff that made my experience here worth the while and worth returning. Thank you, and I shall return soon!
Best restaurant I’ve been to in my whole life, 100% recommended.
Chef Michael is phenomenal. Always so generous and knows his clientele!
My favorite Italian restaurant in the city. I had Saffron Lobster and Shrimp with Spinach pasta. It was incredible. Any of their sauces are unparalleled.
My new favorite place in Richmond. How did I not know about this gem before?? Cozy, excellent menu selection, and prices are good. Try one of the fish or seafood varieties offered in the white bean sauce and splurge on a bottle of Ruffino. Divine
Went to Angela’s for the first time and it was wonderful! We were greeted by the chef’s wife and she is so cheerful! Our waitress name Natalie was greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us suggestion on the menu, everything she suggest was perfect and she described! She complimented the Chef on
Friday was busy, packed around 7. Can only reserve for a party of 5 or more which is fine. Bread was mehh. I ordered the lobster and crab meat linguine.. phenomenal with alfredo sauce. My only gripe was the small seating area, felt cramped, unless you get a booth.
Food was amazing. The booths have no padding, or just the one that I was sitting in. If there's no one in your restaurant, why would you seat customers in the least favorable booth, back by the kitchen with every waiter in the place constantly running back around your table. And I said kitchen b
The pizza crust was the perfect amount of crispy and fluffy. It was so good. The service was friendly and polite. We had our drinks refilled regularly and had no issue with being attended to even though it was a full house in there! Also, the interior of the place had an upscale feel to it. Great fo
Great Saturday dinner experience! Food was good… probably the best Italian I’ve had in Richmond . Waitress was super nice and attentive despite being very busy. Will be back!
