Stopped by for dinner to celebrate a birthday. This was our first time dining here, and I was pleasantly surprised with how flavorful everything was. Spicy Margarita was for sure my favorite! As soon as we were seated, the hostess let us know they charge 20% gratuity to all checks, which is absolutely not a problem. However, I felt like service was not great, definitely not 20% worth. Also, none of the stalls in the restrooms had toilet paper, not okay. š

Casa Crunch Borrito was my entree of choice!! So delicious! Very filling and you will certainly receive much more than your moneys worth!! I couldnāt eat it all! Do yourself a favor and stop by to have one of the most amazing Margaritas ever!! Mango was my choice and boy oh boyā¦ Itās packed with a punch š„!! Kyle was so kindā¦ very inviting and his customer service was outstanding! He continued smiling my entire visit! The next time youāre visiting Short Pump Mall be sure to ask for Kyle!!

I went here for happy hour and was super impressed. Ordered the meatless nachos so reasonably priced and delicious! I forgot to take my own photo, but mine looked exactly the same.
Ordered a mojito too, which was equally on point!

A must try! Wonderful is an understatement. From our hostess greeting, to our Fabulous server An'jali, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, simple Wonderful. We had Nachos, chicken and steak (medium) Fajitas, and street corn Amazing. We will definitely be back.

Very lovely ambiance at Casa Deo Barco. The food was great and the staff was also very welcoming. Great place to stop for food if you want a nice sit down restaurant while visiting Short Pump Town Center. Be aware though, there is a 20% gratuity added on to your tab no matter the party size. We were surprised to see the 20% gratuity added on to a party of two but we still enjoyed our time at this restaurant.

Great spot! My first time!! Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Staff is well trained and great engaging personalities!! Mary is excellent, as are the whole staff who attended to me.. .. The food is delicious!!!! I hadnāt never seen this spot before in the short pump mall- but now itās worth a trip here by itself!! Chad, the GM is excellent & was extremely professional and personable with all of the guest.. Thanks for making this a great experience, all the way around!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered the Birria De Res tacos with the rice and black beans. Presentation was amazing. The tacos were seasoned very well and were filling. I couldnāt finish it all! Compliments to Chef Natalie! My bartender Kerry recommended one of their seasonal drinks, Christmas Vacation. I definitely recommend it.

The manager Chad was awesome!!!! Our server wasn't not attentive at all the manager bought us our food and checked on us. The food is great try the Carne asada fries they are awesome but beware those red peppers š¶ pack a punch. The food was great a bit slow coming out I just think that was because we had a horrible server. You are able to customize your adult drinks to your liking and the pork in any dish is super flavorful. The chicken is dry and bland and remember they already charge you for gratuity! It's hard getting used to ordering on the phone! I recommend ordering drinks and apps and waiting for that to come out before ordering your entrĆ©es. Cool place to hang out on the weekend when the upstairs is open but don't get too tipsy up there they do not have an elevator lol.

This place was the perfect spot for me to celebrate my birthday with friends. In fact, it was so great I came back a week later with more people. The design of the place is cool to see all the bottles on the wall, the circle lights, and the 2nd floor. It was nice to look down over the entire restaurant.
I had quesadillas on both visits, I had a blackberry basil margarita, it was the perfect mix of sour & sweet leaning more towards sour. and also the Yasss Queen. I really just ordered it to hear the server say it lol. it was delicious though, it reminded me of a pop circle. As for those quesadillas, one was shrimp, the other was chicken. both were goid, but the shrimp one was a lil empty whereas the chicken one was full and blended well with the cheeses.
I had the unlimited chips & salsa, nice fresh tasting salsa. (it was surprising to not get complimentary chips)

We had a few drinks with the crew from work here and it was amazing. The drinks were great. The place is decorated so nicely in like a rustic industrial-chic? If that's a thing lol The cocktails were amazing, the server was so kind, and we will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been twice, once with family for lunch and once with friends for dinner. The food has been fantastic both times - I highly recommend the tacos, any and all of them. They have a platter of 12 tacos for $45 that comes with street corn (4) and a small guacamole... delicious. Iāve tried all the tacos except for the chorizo! The salsa has an excellent smoky quality, and I canāt stop eating the guacamole. The queso left a little bit to be desired, but only because it was colder than I anticipated. Service is decent; slower during lunch because there are few wait staff and better at night. The tequila flights are a nice touch, but a little on the expensive side for the amount of tequila you get. I wish there had been a little more āatmosphereā at the Short Pump location - it seems a bit dull for a later night crowd.

I love the look of this restaurant! Itās just flat out amazing. Very festive interior and loved our bartender upstairs and waiter in the dining room. The food was delicious and the drinks tasty with just a little bite. Just the way I like it. My ONLY concern (and this is minor) is that the vegetables on my fajita plate were pretty much raw. I like my salad vegetables raw.... I prefer my grilled vegetables to be grilled. I asked that they be cooked a little more and when they came back out (very quickly by the way) they were perfect. If I didnāt have to ask for them to be fired again it would have been a raving five star review. My one pet peeve going into a restaurant is undercooked food. BIG turnoff for me. So the four star Iām giving is cause the place is just overall awesome and my food was fixed quickly. Fix the veggies guys, there canāt be anyone that wants raw vegetables on their fajita orders. Just keep doing the rest!! (And the guac was KILLER! Iāll absolutely order it again!)

Excellent food and location. The staff was courteous enough to allow for a good time but the level of attention was not enough to leave a great impression. We had a version of tostones that looked more like chips than tostones but the flavors were great and the pork belly on top was heavenly. For these reasons I gave it a 4 but nonetheless great food and good experience.

I truly expected better service. 15 minutes into sitting down upstairs, no one had spoken to us. Had to go to the bar to request for a menu.. a lady waiter kept pacing back and forth and never talked to us. a young gentleman came to our rescue after close to 20 minutes.
Nice cocktails, nice music. We will think about coming back.

Donāt waste your money! this place is frightening ! the food portions are a mockery! the portions are miserable for a lot money! the food is served cold, and you also have to wait a long time to get the food even when the restaurant is alone, this is the first and last time I was there. I would never recommend it

Drinks were custom made by a very attentive bar tending staff due to changes in their menu from the downtown location. Bartenders gladly made what we wanted from the downtown menu....
Food was delicious, wait staff was great.
Room for improvement is in the size of the tables and space. Could not fit drinks and appetizers or the entreā after Appetizers are done, on the table.
Need to have bigger tables or go to a Tapasā offering.
Otherwise, great food, service and value.

I was really excited about this place. I have heard good things so I told my husband that we should try. This is NOT I repeat NOT Mexican food. I have had Mexican at all kinds of places some good some bad! This is probably one of the worst I have had. My husband is Mexican and this is not how things are done. The Queso with chorizo is gross there isnāt even enough chorizo to even call it āwith chorizo. The salsa flight doesnāt even have enough flavor in it. The āwhiteā salsa has taco seasoning in it. How original! My sons food came out first and he had finished it and sat for several minutes before our food even came out. My husband got the Carne Asada and it comes out as a ļæ½steak. If you know Mexican food itās supposed to be cut up in strips not a big piece of meat. The fajitas are such a disappointment. This whole meal is a disappointment. Will never be back! ļæ½ļæ½. Will gladly drive an hour and a half to Dale City for Uncle Julioās!!!
