Chik fil a continues to be our go to fast food. Better food and better atmosphere and especially better customer experience.

This place is located in Short Pump Town Center mall. The location is small with limited seating inside, but does have seating outside too. The associates I spoke with were all friendly and helpful. The food was what I expect from Chick-fil-A and the fries were hot. If I am in the area again and craving Chick-fil-A, I would visit here again.

Glad that this ownership of this Chick-fil-A has changed, we tried it today and the new manager John is one of the nicest people you can meet, I had a very good time dining in with my family with very good food, it was so busy with customers on Saturday but we got our meals in a good time, also they have a very large dining area and very nice employees working on this one.

The food at the Chick Fil A restaurant in Short Pump mall is awesome and the food I ate such as the Waffle French Fries, Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Sandwich and Chocolate Chip cookies taste very good. Chick Fil A in Short Pump mall deserves a 10 out of 10. 100%. The employees and customers are very nice and respectful people.

You can not go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is always good! This visit, I was given a diet coke vs. regular coke that I ordered. So, that why I rated them a 4 out of 5 rating. Most often, I always rate Chick-fil-A a 5- rating.

It's not the best Chick-fil-A in the area but it's in a convenient location if you're at the mall and want a quick bite to eat. It's just like every other Chick-fil-A except the layout is kind of odd and there is no drive-through. They seem to really cut back on staff during non peak hours so while your order should be prepared quickly it might take a while to actually place your order if you aren't using the app.
