Hands down the best location!! Doughnuts are always fresh, coffee is hot, and the customer service, superb. When I visited, I believe his name was Wali, very professional and kind when taking care of my order.

Stopped here on the way to North Carolina, and the donuts were very good! All the staff were nice and they gave us free hot donuts!

We didn't get them fresh and hot as it was around 2 pm. They make the glazed at 5am & 5pm.
They were still good. The lemon filled were so good also. Nothing like a hot glazed donut though!

Stopped by for some amazing donuts and the customer service was amazing. Just be careful you probably cannot just eat one. I would highly recommend this Krispy Kreme but only as an occasional treat.

Overall I generally have a good experience when visiting this location, but lately there have been some issues. The last couple times I came to this location, the coffee I ordered was made without the flavoring and then the next time the filled doughnuts I received, once bitten into, I realized had absolutely NO filling (such as the lemon and raspberry filled). However, I'm still rating 4/5 because most of the time I have a good experience here, just lately there have been some hiccups.

Saturday morning HOT sign on to get fresh original glazed doughnuts! Drive thru moved pretty quickly the last time I was there but previously, it took a long time to get served in the drive thru. Don't like that they recommend menu options. I know what I want, so please listen to what in want and don't make any suggestions. For that reason, I'll give them 4 stars. Nice personnel and you can use Apple Google Pay to make payment.

Everyone loves Krispy Kreme and why not? Fresh donuts and lots of great choices. When the kids are happy everyone is happy and the place is kept spotless and clean making it an enjoyable experience! This place looks out for folks in need in the area and that goes a long way for showing heart and makes me a customer for life! Keep up the great work Broad Street Krispy Kreme and thanks for all you do taking care of people and making awesome donuts!

Place Saya open 24 hrs but not specify to only drive thru. Not hot and fresh donuts when suppose to be. Good either way but anyone who has these donuts know hot n fresh amazing

I know "It's time to make the Doughnuts" is a Dunkin Doughnut thing, but it really should be the slogan for KK. When ever that "Red" light is on and you now they have hot, fresh glazed doughnuts, its hard to barrel in and grab a couple dozen! This location has been here forever and it's always cool to go in and watch the doughnuts being made on the assembly line.. floating along, getting nice a toasty brown, then going under the waterfall of that wonderful glaze.. Ummmmmmm, can I say more. Anytime I have gone here staff is always helpful and nice. Can be a wait sometimes, I have seen the drive-thru all the way out onto West Broad Street. Hard to beat a nice hot KK glazed doughnut, may it just melts in your mouth. I also really like the chocolate cream filled as well. Also if you have kids and they get some A's you can bring them here to get a couple of free doughnuts, My kids love'm.
