I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Lettuce Wraps over a quick lunch break. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the chili sauce had the right amount of kick to it. It's an appetizer, but it made a great lunch. My server was nice and prompt.

I’m normally not interested in sports bar but my girlfriend and I stopped by for a quick drink. To my surprise, it turned out to be a great addition to the night all because of Lauren. She was so helpful with recommendations for dessert places as we were leaving. She really treated us like people and showed that she cared. We fly out to Paris tomorrow but Lauren definitely makes us want to come back to T-Millers.

Conveniently located in the lobby of the Marriott. Food was typical of sports bar food and overpriced as typical of hotel lobby food. The service was great, atmosphere was warm and inviting. It can get a little loud but not rowdy. Overall a good value for hoteliers not wanting to travel around for food.

Not sure what the bad reviews are...???
Awesome greeting at door, amazing bartender "Jacks" and the absolute coldest beer I have ever experienced. Also, bonus; a great little happy hour.... We travel 100% of the time and eat & drink at many places of all types and levels. hmmm no complaints here

Food was great! It was the end of the night so service was a little slow and lacking. Probably would be a better experience earlier... It had a friendly relaxed vibe for a sports bar.

Food was awesome, prices were reasonable, and our waitress was very nice. The nachos as an appetizer were amazingly good and as an entree I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta which blew me away. Richmond is unexplored territory for me so coming here was kind of a risk since I don't know much about downtown Richmond, but it definitely paid off.

Stopped in for quick lunch. Had excellent Greek salad with added salmon that exceeded my expectations. Only complaint was temperature was very cold inside restaurant.

This place blew my mind. The crew stopped in for lunch while repairing a canopy around the corner. The service was amazing but the food was out of this world. I ordered the pulled pork bbq sandwich. It is not the normal type of plain Jane bbq, that's all I'm gonna say.(GOLD)
P.s: Make sure to order Bartle Skeet for a beverage!😋
Thanks to the waitress Jess B.

Delicious food, took a while between ordering and receiving food, but the quality of the food more than made up for the wait. Staff was friendly and attentive. I have plans to come back whenever I'm next in Richmond.

Not Allergy Friendly. Was going to a show at The National with friends. We decided to go to T-Millers before hand to eat. I have an allergy to peanut and soy. So before I went, I looked online and checked out T-Millers menu. After reviewing their online menu I felt it was safe to eat there. Upon arrival we were given a menu that was not the same as what was online. The restaurant is inside the Marriott Hotel in Richmond. The Hotel was having some local event, therefore there was a buffet and an abbreviated menu.

Our server was polite and nice. After being told of my allergies she immediately went to discuss with the chef. Upon her return she tells me that because the kitchen is so busy the chef couldn't help me. The server had to direct me to the only choice on the menu I could eat. When I asked the server what happened to the online menu she replied that the online menu never gets updated. So, it was not a very good experience for me. I had to settle for a toasted turkey, bacon, and cheese sandwich that was about room temperature and nothing better than what i could have fixed at home.

The beer selection is lacking although the Bartenders were polite and quick to serve. Because of the other near by restaurants, I don't think I'd ever go back to T-Millers.

1-12-14

Ok bar food. Standard pub fare with some main dishes. The service was prompt for most of the time we were there, but fell apart at the end. Took too long to get out and get the check. The food was tasteful but my food was not hot. For what it is, the food was expensive compared to other sport bar restaurants. I went because I had a gift card, but I doubt I will return.

Although the food is passable, the service here is horrendous. After a waiter attempted to take our food while we were obviously still eating, when we paid cash ($100 on a $46 tab), it took 25 minutes to receive change. We had to track the waiter down for change as he had not been seen again after picking up the money, and then he proceeded to call my friend a bitch for asking for her change back. I will never return to that establishment and am shocked that they allow employees to treat customers in such a manner.

Lunchtime is a great time to visit this establishment - food is pretty good.

DON'T GO. The absolute WORST place I have ever been. At 40+ years of age, I have never not left a tip. I have been to some poor establishments in my life, but always left something. I know the food/drink service industry can be demanding and always find a way to leave a tip for the hard working men and women that try. Tonight, however, I wish I would have walked out on my bill!!!

This is not a representation of my waitress; rather, it is a knock on the establishment as a whole. As a resident of Richmond, I implore you never to go here!!!!!

Slow. The service was painfully slow. Food was average.

I have eaten here several times and have always had a good experience with food and customer service. Best onion rings I have ever had.

This place was a joke of a sports bar. I would rather watch a game at the Bellwood flea market. I believe success starts at the top. At the top was the hotdog necked bald manager. He was a huge jerk and doesn't deserve to me the manager of the lunch shift at the waffle house. He was very rude and walked around the floor like he was just introduced at a WWF match. Chin up.. Chest out! This overpriced dump didn't have enough pitchers to go around. They first told us they were sold out. I guess after some serious "Brainstorming" they decided to serve us beer on small, metal milk serving pitchers. Not only did it only hold 3 2/3 beers, but it was $15. I have had cheaper pitchers at Las Vegas strip clubs. I know they were busy but the staff was overwhelmed. We saw our waitress every 30 minutes. The jerks at the front desk wouldnt believe we already had seats and wanted to escort us to our seats to prove they existed. Two thumbs and a hotdog neck down for T Millers!!

Might as well go to Applebees. Branding this restaurant as a "sports bar" is a joke. We frequent sports bars throughout the area and thought we would try this establishment for the VCU Sweet Sixteen game. The lack of sound was extremely disappointing and the management was rude. We (our entire party of 14 locals) will never be patronizing this restuarant again. The only saving grace was the waitstaff, who kept the over priced beers steadily coming. If you're going to have 27 TVs invest in the sound system to go with them. Don't waste your time or your money on this place.

Nice employees, slammed during CAA tourney, but accomodating. We stopped in there during the CAA tourney and the staff was mostly accomodating. Some of the folks there don't know what they're doing, but those who do make up for their co-workers' incompetence. It's a sports bar, so don't plan on anything grand for the food. The Asian plum wings are great, the hot classic wings are not. The fish tacos are awesome. If you order the greek salad, get the dressing on the side. If you ask to add shrimp, be prepared for 4 shrimp only. Glad they have a couple of good wines by the class for those of us who love sports, but not beer.

Strike Two...they're out. We went on a Thursday, and the place wasn't that busy. No one greeted us or offered to seat us. Five minutes later, they take our drink orders. When our beers came, they were room temperature. As others have reviewed, I was made to feel like I was being demanding by asking for a frosted mug...which they didn't have.

The two of us ordered burgers. 40 minutes later, our bottled beers (we sent back the drafts) were empty, we had no water, no chips, no one had come to check on us, and no food. We asked our waiter how long it would be until our food arrived, and we got a smug, "oh, 20 minutes." Luckily it wasn't that long, but still a $10 half-way decent burger should NEVER take 50 minutes to reach a table. If it hadn't been so late at night we would have walked out without the food.

Unfortunately, this was my second visit. The first time, I was with a big group that they were ill-equipped to handle. There are too many choices to ever think about going back here again.

Great Spot Before the Game. I tried out T-Miller's last night before heading down Broad to the VCU basketball game, and it was exactly what I was looking for. My buddies and I got there fifteen minutes before 7 and took advantage of a great happy hour deal - $2.50 domestics - while watching the Carolina game on their enormous television wall. After leisurely enjoying a couple brews, my buffalo chicken sandwich made its way to the table. The sandwich had good flavor and was a very good size. I'll definitely be back to T-Miller's, probably to watch a game. The Marriott has a good thing going here.

Same old...same old. The Richmond Marriott has tried over the years to improve. They have tried but it is not working. Food is casual and I can get a better deal in any other local restaurant in Richmond (Lulu's, Capital Ale, even Stool Pigeons.) The staff is just not welcoming and the management lacks people skills. I had a problem with my order and it is seemed like I wanted something out of it. I didn't want money back I wanted my food to be exactly what is offered and what I am paying for. Comp food is good but it is an inconvenience if they would have listed to my specifications. How difficult is to order a medium well hamburger, no mayo, no pickles, lettuce and tomato. Well it was not done right the first time, the second time and by the third time I lost my appetite. I wanted out. It is not rocket science but they just don't listen. It was the same problem before and now and probably it will always be. The two managers I talked to were arrogant and over their heads, like if we owned them something.
