I loved the service here, the music was a very old country-ish style and didn't fit the atmosphere but I enjoyed listening to the old music it really took me back a little bit while talking and eating. Again the service was wonderful and I wish I could see her again, she was great! But she did forg
Absolutely LOVED it there. Took my husband there for his birthday. The staff was very professional and polite. Our server was very nice, polite, and very professional. We loved our food, I had the BLT salad with a side of shrimp and my husband had the steak and shrimp with a loaded bake potato. Ever
Great atmosphere. Ginny was our server/waitress. Excellent service. Manager came to check on friends food. Streak a little underground for her liking. My God was good. Streak, probably go medium well next time. Loaded Potato yum. Broccoli cooked perfectly. Drinks delicious!
Excellent food, cozy (but not overcrowded) atmosphere. Great place to go for a special event or meal.
It has been a good while since I’ve visited. We ordered the ribeye, ribs, baked potato, lemon cake and buffalo wings. The ribs might have been a bit overcooked but still extremely tender, Beware the their steaks taste if they are charbroiled, or a grilled taste, not a flat iron taste. I ordered my s
Food was ok. When it came out it looked well cook but when you cut into the steak it was not cooked medium-well it was medium rare, the pineapple chicken was not seasoned well. Now the salmon, lobster tail, striped bass, shrimp, wings, and one of the burgers were good. The food presentation was good
This place is awesome. It's fancy but cozy, and the food and drinks are ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!
Return visitor and I sat in Earl’s “VIP” section. He makes the experience great! Made sure we had everything and was very friendly! Food was excellent and definitely recommended!
We typically have had good experiences at Firebirds but our recent trip to the Short Pump location was excellent. Our party of 15 (8 of which were children) can be a tough bunch but the entire team at Firebirds from our server, Lynelle, to the chef, Raul, and the hostess, Jazz, made for a memorable
Overall an okay dining experience. Initially told that T here was a 15-20 minute wait to be seated but the hostess forgot about us. We had to remind her that we were waiting and then the hostess did a shift change so it was another 20 minute wait to be seated. After being seated our waitress Aggy wa
My husaband and went here Friday to celebrate Veteran’s Day, as we do each year. Let me tell you, they treat the Vets right! We were able to order ANY entree on the menu, irrespective of price. I went with the Tomahawk pork chop and my husband had the prime rib. The food was great, but the star of t
We went for dinner and I had a steak and my husband had the salmon. Overall, it was great value for the price! Big portions which we loved. I ordered a lemonade and it wasn’t my favorite. The salmon was too oily/buttery… the flavors were good though. The sirloin had too much Thyme… The bread had pot
We had the best Bacon Wrapped Fillet that I've ever had. I was so impressed with the food and service. My only complaint is happy hour is not available unless you sit at the bar. We will definitely return.
