Service here was very friendly.
They offered a huge selection of donuts and several cute options for Halloween.
I found the donuts to be a bit dry and chewy. Some of them seemed a little stale. However my son loved the decorations.
Slow service but really tasty doughnuts, they taste different than other doughnuts I've had in Richmond. The strawberry tastes like actual strawberries rather than artificial flavour, super nice. Never had a strawb doughnut like it.

I went to sugar shack for the first time in person.The young woman working the front has the kindest soul. The oatmilk pistachio latte I had was amazing. Such great vibes. So many vegan options to choose from. Will be coming here a lot haha
We were in Richmond downtown and were looking for a quick place to have coffee and donut.
We searched near us and decided to have coffee and donut from Sugar Shack.
From the menu we ordered Spice Pie Latte and Donut.
