We came here for our anniversary and we were treated amazingly. I called ahead for champagne/card on the table when we arrived and everything went perfect. We enjoyed the Marco’s for 2 which was a great value. Also, our server treated us very well and gave us a free additional dessert. The food was very tasty with large portions. We are definitely coming back for most of our special occasions.

I've been to this location a few times but went here this time to celebrate my mom with a party of about 15.
We waited a lil past our reservation time to accommodate our large group since the previous diners hadn't left the table yet. The server sat us and came back a few times, filling drinks and replacing bread. She took an unusually long time to take our orders, but when she did, things started to flow together nicely.
I ordered a lemon salmon with spinach, and it didn't disappoint. The lemon flavor was singing to me, and I ate every single bite as slow as possible to savor the moment.
Overall, we had a very nice experience and I do recommend them for large groups.

Always enjoy going to this restaurant. The food is good, you certainly get more than enough to fill you up. They are always running some type of special, where you get another pasta to take home. Currently it's only an additional $5, for each dinner ordered! We had great service and sat outside since it was a beautiful evening. I highly recommend the butter cake for dessert!

This was my first time doing the family style and it was fun. We get to try all the varieties we picked to share. My favorite was the Alfredo. But the meatball appetizers were amazing too. I didn't like the ziti and the fish was dry but we still all had a good time. The service was great, really friendly staff. Everything on the dessert sampler was awesome. Great way to end the meal.

I just want to give positive feedback to all the staff at Maggiano’s for the carry out I received on Christmas Eve. It was obviously slammed and the wait time was backed up by 2 hours, but clearly this was due to the website allowing overbooking of preordered meals.
Despite the long wait time, the managers and staff tried to accommodate people and update us with accurate pickup times. Our meal was fantastic and I just wanted to give positive feedback. Despite the massive amount of orders, the staff did an amazing job.

High end Italian cuisine. Extensive food and drink menu. Prices are a bit high but you're getting quality food and service. Great for family get togethers or a romantic dinner.

We went to Maggiano’s in Short Pump for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great service, great food and to top it off they even brought out a plate of chocolate covered strawberries with happy 25th anniversary written on it. A part of our anniversary that we will never forget. Thank you!!

Ask for Nellow!!!!! The BEST waiter I ever had! He was on point never had to ask for a refill!!!! So king enthusiasm caring and his favorite thing to say was “I’m here to serve you , you don’t have to do any work here!” I highly recommend and the food was a 10 out of 10! Will definitely be coming back on Saturday specially for Nellow!

My daughters and family love to dine at Maggianos it is one of our favorites to eat and take out. Our Server Taylor was awesome it was her supervisor that was not professional and treated us really nasty I did not get his name because he really did ruin the vibe of enjoying our family birthday. But then the Manager and head chef came up to speak with us to correct the situation. Our Server continued to serve us and was very professional at all times. It did make my mother upset so she cried and that broke my heart. In this world today you must have compassion if you are working in the public and serving customers. I manage over 150 people daily from all nationalities and it could be challenging but God directs me to walk in love and treat everyone with respect.

I'm not a huge fan of the food here but I can see why it's rated so highly. The food is very good quality, the atmosphere is pleasant, the service is very good. Even though I'm not a fan, my wife loves this place. My 10 year old son gets flatbread pizza. My wife gets lasagna. I'm still trying to find something I like.

I work in restaurants across the country for a Nationwide facility contractor and seen my fair share of commercial kitchens.
My job has completely ruined eating out for me but I can honestly say that I really enjoyed my time working at this location because of people who work here.
All of them took pride in their job and it shows.
This place is clean and well maintained and that's usually not the case for a place that's been around from the early 2000s.
I came in to work on refreshing the cook and prep lines along with resetting some of the equipment and fixtures to ensure proper standards.
There wasn't anything they said no to if it needed help, even the small items like resealing all the food prep areas and adding a soap dispenser at the bar and sink.
I would definitely eat here anytime no questions asked!
The salmon c.c. was my favorite dish out everything that I tried at this restaurant.

Maggiano's whole staff were outstanding during the whole process of planning my husband Birthday/Retirement celebration. I can't begin to express how pleased we were with everything. The management staff and Shanika their event planner was very professional and helpful in making sure all our needs were met. The food was simply delicious. The chef was the best. My guess are still talking about how good the food was. The waiters we had went above and beyond to make sure all my guests were satisfied. Keith Anderson played his saxophone which set the right atmosphere and went well with Maggiano's food which made the whole Luncheon classy and elegant. Thank you Maggiano's for making my husband's celebration something he will always remember. He is still talking about how much he enjoyed it. I can't wait to plan his next birthday celebration with Maggiano's. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We stopped in for a birthday & highly recommend for a special occasion or if you’re just craving really amazing Italian. Everything we ordered (including the butter cake for dessert) was delicious . Can’t wait for our next visit! P.S. yes the food was just as good as they look in these pictures!!
