The fish today was excellent... light and crispy, and delicious. The bread pudding is to die for. My wife has been driving me nuts to get her some. HOWEVER, the restaurant today was a disaster. The place was half-full, and the other half of the tables were loaded down with trays, dirty plates and empty dishes. I didn't think we were going to have a place to sit. No one starting clearing tables until we were ready to leave.
Now I understand being busy... it was packed today. But that looked NASTY. At the very least, put out a garbage can or two so we can help clean up a bit as we leave???

I could tell by a quick scan of the reviews that I was in for a good burger. But I didn't know how good. It was delicious. Definitely need the double patty, as the individual hand-pattied burgers are certainly meaty enough solo. The cheese curds were delicious too, and you get a heaping serving of them. The shack was completely full by the time I left with my to-go order, and a regular was raving about the hamburger steak. Can't wait for a return trip to try some other items.
Surprisingly good place. Stopped here instead of sonic and it was worth it!

great food. friendly service, however this is not fast food. this is not a place that has orders out in under 5 minutes. if you go don't expect fast food. everything is made to order
Employees need to learn how to communicate with customers more and not over cook everything, we've been going there for years and it's always been good then they had 2 grown men in the kitchen,this time they had young people who really need some more training on the grill and with customers. We want to go back but won't as long as they have the young ones in the kitchen
The friendliest staff around. Great prices great food. Definitely worth a stop and see.

I drove from Pearl after seeing on internet ( and voice message) your open till 9pm on this Saturday to find CLOSED I never been here before but have heard so much good was wanting to try a burger and because I’ve heard so much good I’ve been voting for you sense day one on the Rankin Red Carpet Survey best burger so would like to see a reply from you. Just got back from eating a great cheese burger and fries, hamburger patty was hand made all topping fresh fries good and hot, spoke manager very nice very clean and well staffed place.
Getting hard to find a place like this.

Pretty good! I enjoys the fried jalapenos and the shrimp poboy. Poboy could've been a little larger for the price, but it was loaded with shrimp. Personnel are pretty nice and helpful. Order was freshly prepared and In a timely matter.
Stopped in after seeing an article rating their burger as best in the state. Was not disappointed! The Bacon Cheddar burger had just the right amount of char but was still juicy. The toppings were fresh and thick cut. With such a substantial burger you would hope to have a sturdy bun. This bun fit the bill! It held up throughout the entire burger. Wish we lived closer because this would be stop at least once a week!
