I'm here for work. When McDonald's failed to honor their app I found Taco Bell down the road. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the young man put everything in my bag. I had a straw, napkins and hot sauce packets.
The food was well prepared. All of it was still warm when I got to work. I'm impressed with this Taco Bell!

Great Taco Bell. I haven't had an issue here. When I order my food it's prepared correctly and in the bag there is the napkins and sauces I asked for. People are nice and they will help you willingly. (Asked for a couple extra sauces) and the person at the window got them for me with no sign of them going out of their way.
The customer service at this taco bell is exceptional & our orders have always been correct and have never had anything missing!
I like this location better than the other Richland location. They make the food better with more fillings and it tastes fresher. The only negative is the high up-charge for onions and red sauce. .40¢ each is a bit excessive especially since most other locations it’s free.
Great location, loved the service. They got my order wrong but were willing and quick to correct it. Not too busy dining in hardly anyone there, mostly drive thru going. Nice facility, just remodeled. I love the fact that you can order on a kiosk instead of at the counter, Great new feature.
It was quick service didn't take long to get my food and the customer service was too notch
I was satisfied with my visit because the staff was super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! It made my experience at Taco Bell really enjoyable.
Food was a little slow to come out but was fresh and very good.
I come here before work and i usually see Carolina who always does a great job!
