Nice and clean inside. The staff is always friendly and willing to give you a free sample of any of their amazing ice creams. They make great milk shakes too!

Amazing ice cream and service. Very friendly from the time we walked in. The only thing I regret is not getting the name of the person that helped us. After my wife ordered she asked if she could get some ice in a cup for her hand (it is broken, in a cast and it was swollen at the time). We were more than happy to pay for the cup but the young lady put some ice in some plastic wrap and made bag out of it so it would fit her hand better. All I can say is thank you so much that is above and beyond. Sorry I didn't get her name but I think she had pink hair. Thanks again you are amazing

They have every flavor you want for ice cream perfect place to bring kids, they can get all their bubble gum and triple chocolate with extra candy and sauce on top so you know they will be taken care of be super wild for 45 minutes and pass out. Fun place to come

My husband and I ordered a spiderman birthday ice cream cake from this location. Let's just say we did not get what we ordered at all. But they did refund us and gave us the cake they made for free. That is where we left it. Then today I got a phone call from the owner who was extremely nice and apologized. He was friendly and that extra effort made my day he didn't have to but he did. This location is my family's favorite Baskin-Robbins we drive from pasco just to get ice cream. They are friendly and their location is the nicest I've seen around the tri cities. Thank you for going that extra mile. I 100% suggest this location.

Got a DELICIOUS mint chocolate chip shake today by an ice-cream wizard. The young woman helping us had lots of energy and told us that if we had any questions to ask her. When we asked for a small shake, she told us we could even get 2 different ice cream flavors to make our own unique shake... and was savvy about what was in each ice cream as well (low fat, etc.). The ice cream is always the best... but this chick took the cake. Thanks, lady!

Francis was a real G. Came in for an ice-cream cake and was recommended an ice-cream pizza instead. Told us that it slapped, and it turned out to be a real banger. Got the peanut butter flavor. I cried as though my 18 year old left for college it was that good. Thanks again Francis.

A wonderful place to get ice cream, very accessible and very popular. Hopefully more people keep going, there's a "for sale" sign on the restaurant at the moment, would hate to see this shop replaced with something else in the future. It's my family's favorite place to celebrate small victories.

It was my cheat day and a hot day and all I could think about was a milkshake! I’m not from the area and oddly there are no “gourmet milkshake bars” around here, so I settled for BR, glad I did cause it was far beyond my expectations. Double snickers and chocolate peanut butter milkshake was fantastic!! Very friendly helpful staff!
