The food is good but its the wonderful guys and gals who work hard and go out of thier way to make sure you have a wonderful memorable experience. Especially the night crew, every time I come here wether it's to eat or to pick up a delivery, they are always outstanding and incredible in so many ways, I wanted to say I truly appreciate all of them and they always brighten my day :)

The food is always delicious, and the fries are soo good. The drive through wait can be a bit long, but given the limited parking I think it's worth it. The staff is always pleasant, and if it takes a while they're always apologetic, which is unnecessary if they're just making my food fresh! Getting in and out can be hard due to the location so I always try to blend into traffic leaving; it's just easier.
Easy place to stop and it's normally a quick drive thru. Sometimes it can be a little backed up depending on the time you go. Food was pretty good and the people at the window were nice.
Got the baconator on a sale. Not too many ways to really screw it up, but the bacon was fairly crisp and not limp and soggy. Fries were a bit cold and salty.
I had traveled here to work in Kennewick and had a long day. I went through the drive thru and the 2 male employee's were super nice!! The food was great too, but the service was impeccable!! Thank you so much :) 😀
Wendy's still has the best fast food hamburger. I had mine lettuce wrapped. So good and juicy!
I went there just recently to buy food for my family and the manager was very welcoming and also apologized that my order took a little long to make.
Also the person that took my order was patient while I figured out what I was going to order for my kids.
Above all it was a very good experience, and i will be returning back
Fernando was the freaking amazing employee who served my friend and I. He was kind, professional, and went above the call of duty. My friend ordered a grilled chicken salad. After she ordered, and we sat down, Fernando came back out to tell us the Chicken was going to be about 8 minutes and asked if she wanted to substitute for something else. She said no rush, I’ll wait. Next he came back out and said it would be about 4 minutes and offered a free side of fries or maybe a frosty. She graciously declined. Finally he came out with the salad and a voucher for a free salad on her next visit, and apologized for it taking ‘so long.’ What was truly amazing about his level of service was his kindness and his professionalism, when there was no need for him to offer anything that he offered to my friend. Truly impressed by his customer service attitude. Wish we had a million more like him working in all industries.
Usually pretty slow but the food is always hot and fresh.
From the moment my coworkers and I stepped in, till we left Michaela/Mikayla was so kind and overall just a great person. We appreciate her work ethic and the customer service we received. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully see her again! God Bless you Queen! 🤍
