Easily one of the best sub sandwich shops around. First off, the sandwiches are huge. The bread is made in house and the meats are cooked to order (Except cold cuts and bacon). There is a wide selection of toppings that are fresh, including avocado slices. The prices are a little higher than Subway but instead you will get more food here for your dollar.

You can create your own sub or you can choose from a huge selection on their menu. Their pricing and portions are unbeatable; they load your subs with ingredients, so it's impossible to leave feeling hungry! I highly recommend the Baja Chicken, it's one of their best subs.

This is one of my favorite places in town. They have so much variety and everything I've tried was amazing. Their tacos really are the best in town. The steak there is amazing.

Way better than Subway or any fast food. They have a large menu with lots of options. The staff are so friendly, they always remember my name and what I like to order.

Greek sub was amazing. The foot longs are huge...worth the money!! They also have tacos and burritos so I will be bringing my husband back for those!!

Was never impressed with their subs over the years. A friend told me it was under new ownership and I needed to try their tacos. Confused about tacos at a sub shop I decided to try them. They did not disappoint. Hands down some of the best street tacos I've had. Burritos are worth a try too.

We've been getting sandwiches from Sub Factory for ages, but had fallen off the sandwich wagon over the past few years. Then we discovered that they make tacos and they are the best! I have always bemoaned the fact that we just don't have any good taco shops here, but now, at least for excellent tacos, we do.

My go to if I'm craving a sub. Delicious bread, generous portions, and great specials. Way better than any chain restaurant.

I love this place because the food is fantastic and unique. Their grilled subs are to die for! Their cold subs are the best I've had in the Tri-Cities.
I don't care about the "factory" theme which may give them an excuse to have a pretty rough restroom.
My first Sub Factory experience was probably in 1995 in Kennewick when I went to school at Kamiakin High School, which was walking distance at lunchtime. Ownership and locations have changed since then, but it's still the best sub shop in the Tri-Cities. (I'm not a regular, just love the food when I *do* go) - this place is a local favorite of many people, but I feel that too many people have no idea it exists.

Would give 5 stars, the only not great thing about Sub Factory is just the interior and the decor and basically it just doesnt look as good as the food is! But they have avariety of sandwich options and amazing breads and wraps!
