Amazing. Amazing. Amazing resturant. The service was perfect. The food other than the fish was perfect. The drinks perfect. Atmosphere & experience Amazing. We got watermelon salad (perfect), the croquettes (perfect), the bread and spreadsb(freaking amazing, especially the parsley & garlic one) and we got the sablefish (the skin needed to be crisper, needed more acidity and different veggies). I got the bumbu smash (cocktail) craaaaaazy amazing. Must try!! I also got the Pharoahs daughter. It was good. Not as good as that bumbu smash. I could have just drank this the whole time. My fiance got the bradley signature cocktail, he loved it, especially the experience they do for the drink. The customer service was killer. You can tell they love their job. This is our new favorite restaurant.

Stopped in for some drinks. Had a delightful time. The staff was courteous and very prompt. My wife and I will be returning. 17SEP22 Update: We came back for dinner. It was awesome! I highly recommend. The brisket corn dogs were awesome, the steak was perfect, the potatoes pave were spot on, and the spaghetti al lemon with trout was phenomenal. We also tried the brie cheese cake. We thought it was great! Some of you may not like it. I also want to reiterate that the mixologist behind the bar is amazing. Even when I ordered off the menu. 07JAN23 Stopped in for a few drinks and stayed for a little meal. The Goat Cheese Croquettes, Duck Breast Bao Buns, and cheesecake were phenomenal! As always the drinks were amazing. I cannot recommend The Bradley, enough.

Food was delicious, and price point was better than expected, though still a bit pricey. Love Spell: Hated heir February drink, for Valentine's. Pomegranate is a tough thing to overpower, but they did so with the Rose Water. I love rose water, but it's one of those ingredients that you need to use sparingly or else it makes what you put it in taste like soap. And that was definitely the case here. Couldn't drink my expensive drink because it tasted like potpourri. Small sharing plates: All of them were phenomenal. We got the Duck Bao Buns, Braided Pork Belly, Bone Marrow, and Brisket Corn dogs. All were delicious and perfect. I desperately wanted the goat cheese croquettes, but they were all out. Pros: Food is fabulous and price point is a bit pricey, but absolutely doable. Not as steep as I thought it would be. Cons: Wish the small plates came out all together, rather than one at a time. Even though we made a reservation, we got placed by the door even though the restaurant was less than half full. I had to feel a blast of cold air every time the door was open. Kinda defeated the purpose of making a reservation to get a nice table.

Their appetizers is not that good but their main course is really delicious. Drinks are great and great service. They gave us a free wine bottle because we were celebrating a bachelorette party which I thought that was very generous of them. Overall it was a fun experience

Self described as 'epicure', this is one of few 'gourmet' restaurants in the Tri-Cities where you get small portions for high prices. This is the second time I've eaten here, and not surprisingly the menu changes - however, the food was more impressive last time (March 2021) than this current visit. Service was fast and friendly, and there was no wait for a table on a Thursday at 8pm. For such a fancy place, one would expect a $37 steak to be a higher quality cut than eye of round. It was cooked according to request, and served with small portions - three somewhat undercooked carrots and a slice of fried layered potatos. Glass noodle salad was good, but was extremely spicy albeit no mention of heat in the menu description. The seasoning used in the Arancini made them taste like falafel (unlike last time). The chimchurri sauce was very good. Today's visit was a 3 star (just OK), but last time was a 4 star, so I'm leaving this rounded up to a 4.

I admire a restaurant that seeks to be creative. The concepts were good here, but the execution missed the mark in a few areas. The shrimp toast was by far the best dish we had. Crispy on the outside with loads of shrimp. I loved it. The Nicoise salad had a few flaws. The pickled onions were super sour and lacked salt and sweetness to balance out all that acid. The salad didn't have any tuna or other fish; I thought that was very odd. The dressing on the salad was great. The braised endive was a big fat nothing burger; it lacked flavor and punch. I liked the sausage and peppers, but the sausage was very dry. I think the sausage was made far too lean and was overcooked. The hamachi crudo was beautiful but also lacked punch. My dinner companion asked for some soy sauce and that kicked the dish up; maybe some acid would have helped, too. The cocktails were tasty and the service was good. Sadly, our server seemed unfamiliar with the food and drink and was useless for recommendations.

We had never been here, so we decided to try it out. We asked the waiter what we should order and he made a few suggestions of his favorite. The two dishes we ordered were AMAZING!! Even their sparkling lemonade with strawberries was worthy mentioning. We would have never ordered those two dishes and will definitely be back to try more. All of the food and drink we had tasted freshly made with fresh ingredients. Very great vibe, and relaxing.

Enjoyed all of it. Quite literally one of the most complete restaurants in the Tri cities and best of all its not a chain! The Bradley has ample outdoor seating, with heaters on the patio. There is a bar area which was packed when we were there but it has a great vibe, layout and most importantly great drinks. Servers were out of their way friendly and professional. The owner who was seating people is clearly one of the reasons the restaurant runs so well, he seemed passionate about everything he was doing that evening and his professionalism carried through the staff. Also this may seem like an overlooked item but on a busy Saturday night, the men’s bathroom was spotless, super clean along with a pleasant scent, high CFM exhaust fan to keep the air changing, nice decor, and paper towels! I always like to look at the bathroom and the kitchen to see how well the place is ran and you could tell it is ran well. Food: amazing. We only had small bites but I can highly recommend the steak boa buns that have the perfect amount of heat and flavor. The Ceviche with the rice cracker things was fresh, no fishy and so good. The fries were also good, the aioli that they make definitely had a unique twist but still paired well. Had the Moscow mule which definitely had real ginger, not just a sugar based canned ginger, it was very good. Lots of wine choices. We will definitely be back to support this non chain local eatery!

My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday, and we came away incredibly impressed! We started off with the Arancini, followed by the Pork Belly Bao Steam Buns, both of which were absolutely delightful. For our main courses, we had the Bacon & Eggs, Chicken Skewers, and Harissa Fries as the side. We really appreciated how our server, David, took the time to explain each ingredient and sauce used so that we could fully appreciate the complex flavors of each dish. David was a huge help throughout the evening, and our visit definitely wouldn't have been as great as it was without him! For dessert, we finished off our evening with the gluten-free Earl Grey Brownie, which was fine on it's own, but positively elevated once paired with the ice cream and lavender blackberry sauce. We visited The Bradley on a Friday evening, so it was quite busy, but we were seated immediately. We enjoyed the atmosphere, which felt very much in line with the rest of the experience. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but once you factor in the knowledge of the staff and the complexity of the food, we really felt it was worth the cost. If you're looking for a great place for foodies, somewhere you can be surprised with each dish, I highly recommend visiting The Bradley!
