I love so much that Ethos takes the time to use quality grains to make their products. The use of fermentation base instead of yeast makes everything taste as it should always! I wish every bakery would follow such a superb example of quality from the ingredients all the way to technique like Ethos has. It's my favorite cheatday Sunday spot! And yes, I ate all of these myself! 😆

Limited review: I stop in usually one or two times a week in the morning while walking or running Daisy Doodle and grab a couple muffins or scones. They are fresh and tasty (blueberry, lemon poppyseed, or cinnamon). This is all I ever get...never drank coffee in my life, so can't help there, but I see plenty of it being ordered. However, I did order a Hot Chocolate once...took two sips and tossed it in the trash. Not hot and had zero taste to it 😣...hence 4 stars vs 5.

Stopped by on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Friendly service, and the case is full of delicious looking pastries. I found them to be a bit on the less sweet side, a refreshing change from high production bakery options. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee and pastry as we observed the bread baking process, as an oven is in the front of the house. We will be taking some items to go.

The best hand pies. For Real. I always get a hand pie and a pear green tea. No better way to do life. Service is great too. Thanks Cody!

I wanted a meat quiche and all they had was veggie. So I just ordered that instead. But literally right when my veggie quiche was warm, a new meat one arrived! And they guy and the counter, Martin, totally just switched it out for me, I didn't even have to ask. It was so kind and thoughtful. And oh my gosh, it was DELICIOUS. Also, the ham and cheese croissant thing was amazing - my mom got that and YUM.

The positives: fabulous baguettes, crusty on the outside, fluffy with nice air bubbles on the inside. They paired so well with the balsamic oil dip and fromage d'affinois I paired it with. Will definitely be a staple in my house. The negative: not great croissants. Overbaked so it had a bitter undertone. Costco has better croissants and that says a lot But I will definitely be back to get more baguettes, and try a few more items in the future. I'm definitely intrigued by their small batch ice creams.

Variety of baked goods and coffee. Had a vanilla latte and an almond croissant as well a slice of butternut squash quiche. Everything was delicious. They were very busy on a Friday morning but they were friendly and eager to please. A recommended bakery stop near downtown Richland.

I've stopped in here a few times before the Farmer's Market opens, for coffee and a pastry. They have a lot of tasty looking baked goods, and a small selection of gluten free items. The GF lemon poppyseed muffin is very good, and pleasantly moist which is a win. I get a vanilla latte, and they have all the espresso fixings to customize it the way you like (such as alternative 'milks'). There's seating inside, and a few small tables out front. They could use a third person working when it gets busy, but the two who are normally there do a good job and always share some smiles.

Aug 2018 (2 visits) came in the morning for java for the road. What a surprise, It is perfect. Bakery with a cafe style menu is amazing. It has a drive through for java on the run but you could order pastries without leaving your car...what?! With an oven on site the pizza must be stellar, will include in my next visit. 7/19 recent visit - food so yummy and coffee is still strong. The donut is too refine almost healthy tasting. Needs to me a little more greasy, yep greasy. It’s a donut.

Great place to stop! I have not yet tried their dining, so far it has been coffee and sweets from their bakery display in the front. The cafe smells wonderful with confections, bread, and coffee in the air. There was a nice warmth from the wood fired oven, I can see me being here this winter for sure and loving that oven! I had a shortbread cookie, t was great. Not too moist, not too dough like, just right. The caramel latte was very nice, with both the caramel coming through subtle but not overpowering the espresso itself, which was lovely. I also had a doppio, and that was very good. The new espresso I believe was a Guatemala 🇬🇹 variety, and it was a excellent choice with the shortbread. Many more things to sample from Ethos! ❤️
