I would give zero stars if I could. The service here is extremely slow. The employees have zero manners or work ethic. Constantly cold food and wrong orders. The employees eat while standing by the pop machines in the drive thru. Lobby is closed for some reason. Literal line around the building with patrons leaving as the line took 30 minutes to get through. Only reason I stayed was because I ordered on the app. Would not recommend!!!

OK. Wendy's food is consistently good just about everywhere. But I'm in a position where I have to order delivery. The last three times, something was missing from every order from this location. And the phone number on their receipt conveniently hangs up on every call or you get a message that they can't answer right now. I've even tried contacting Corporate but they never call back. I'm out around $20.00. So don't order delivery from thus location. You too may get it in the end.

I changed this from 1 to 3 stars because although i paid $12+ for an entre i didn't want, the burger was tasty and fries and frosty were tasty as well. Just really disappointed i didn't get the burger i ordered.
I was ready to give this 5 stars because of the speedy service and how neatly my burger was wrapped but, I ordered a single - no cheese, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, a medium fry and a strawberry frosty.
Fry and frosty were good but I got a double with cheese only!! I'm not driving back to correct.
I tried to call but the phone rings once and then hangs up on you...

I understand the drastic increase in prices, but if they are going to charge that much, I should be able to dine inside. Inside is locked, I'm sure due to staffing shortage, but can't even get a soda refill! Either open the whole store, charge less for drive through only, or close the whole store! Don't make me pay a LOT more for a LOT less!

Love Wendy's new fries. Pretty good food I 3ish they'd get the syrups straightened out in the drink machine. Restaurants was nice and clean. Staff did a good job altho they were busy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGEMENT! Workers are rude and incapable of processing a simple mobile order. Was unable to use a a gift card there because there worker's don't know how to process a mobile payment! I went to a different Wendy's and they were kind and my mobile gift card payment worked perfectly fine. Avoid this Wendy's, they are rude.

I've never in my 30 years had someone wave there hand in my face (seemingly to tell me to be quiet) on there cell phone while at the register being the only customer in the restaurant. A good review will reach ten people. A bad review will reach 100. How unfortunate

found a fly in my drink. they told me to pull over so they could bring my food out. once she came she forgot my straws told her and she said she’d be right back. Doesn’t come back and top of that i go back to find out the store is locked and i can see them laughing at me through the windows??? I come back to the drive thru takes a while for them to get my attention they were in the back. finally a manager comes to me and apologizes. if you can’t treat people with kindness please don’t work at a fast food place.
