Not impressed with my visit. Location is on the UTD campus. It was clean, nice staff, and not busy around 9 am.
I ordered a bacon, cheddar, egg sandwich on a cheesy hash brown bagel. The bagel was okay with what tasted like pepper/herb seasonings on top. I had to toast the bagel at home because it seemed doughy and heat the cheese because it wasn't melted. The bagel sandwich isn't too loaded. I'll go for just ordering the bagel next time.
I ordered a vanilla cold brew shake, but I don't think it was prepared right. The top seemed like a foam that separated from the cold brew vs being blended.

I enjoy the bagels, but this location is so understaffed it's insane. The employees aren't exactly friendly, but I imagine that's because they clearly don't have enough people, which is a miserable situation to work in. If y'all are going to keep this location, you need to hire more staff.

The old lady with blonde hair, name might be eleeson T is a absolutely horrible to everyone. A bunch of people are NOT coming to this location because of her. Fire her already. I posted her pic in blue shirt.

Staff service was rather subpar every now and then, but the food is quite tasty and definitely worth the wait. The veggie melt is a must-have!

Staff have not been the kindest, and it's pretty obvious they are understaffed some times. They are very short with people, and if you don't know how to order or are new to the shop you're going to fumble. On my second visit I ordered just a bagel with cream cheese and as I watched I saw people coming in ordering, and leaving with their items, even though I ordered first. I waited for a long time, thinking they were just getting something specific, but after about 20 minutes I went up and asked for my order, and the bagel was right in front of the worker, and she just grabbed it from the rack and filled it and handed it to me. It was literally just sitting there. By the time I got it it was basically rock solid since it was sitting outside the toaster for that whole time. I love bagels but it's not the best experience coming here.

There is one employee specifically, an older white lady, who has been consistently rude to me every-time I've ordered here. Here's an idea, if you have your job so much...then quit. Don't take your anger and frustration on literal college students. Embarrassing that y'all employ people like this.

Staff are consistently rude here and it just ruins your whole meal in itself. They won’t fix and mistakes they make themselves on the rare chances they do, they make rude facial expressions. I completely understand that it can get very packed and hectic, but I didn’t expect the staff to be that off-putting.

I’ve been here multiple times as I am a student at UTD. The first time I went, the coffee was very cold, all the coffee was cold. I didn’t think much of it because I thought it was a one time thing. I’ve been here two other times where each time the dark coffee is completely out. I’ve been here different times of the day from 8am-11am, each time there’s an issue with the coffee. I let the cashier know: “just wanted to let y’all know, you’re out of fireside”. They tell me it’s going to “take a while”, which isn’t a satisfying response considering the fact that if I’m going to pay $2.15 for a cup of coffee, I expect a cup of coffee to exist. I understand that they’re busy, but there isn’t an excuse for a whole canister of coffee to be completely empty. It takes a while to bring it down that much.
Besides the coffee issue, I’ve bought food from here which is up to standards and place is pretty clean and well kept. Periodically they run out of napkins. The main issue is lack of maintenance of the coffee bar hence lack of napkins and coffee. I’m assuming that this may be the case because no one specific employee is dedicated to that, so they all sit around until someone does it.
