I made a mobile order for this location and for some reason, my device was not registering my location so I could not check in. The app told me to give them my order number. After talking with several people, no one had any idea what I was talking about and kept insisting that they may not have had my order yet and that I had to wait for them to get it. After 10 minutes, the manager finally looked in the computer and saw that my order was already there the entire time. All she had to do was "receive" the order.
Oh, by the way... why are all your drinks $1 but your Strawberry Fanta is $5? Seriously?

Our order was wrong, and when we were telling the manager what we wanted vs what we got she looked confused and couldn't get that we wanted a large sprite not large fries . The difference wasn't but like a dollar and some change but she handed us 4 dollars as a refund. SCORE;!! That's about the only good thing that came out of that visit. Didn't even hear me when I said extra mayo and extra pickles on my sammich.😕

Worst experience at a McDonald's. Specifically ordered a big mac combo super size jumbo largest drink and fry root beer for drink. I repeated the order twice root beer.
Pay for order was given a cup and pointed me towards fountain drink machine, proceed to get root beer., a clear liquid is dispensing.
Go to counter ask for root beer because it was out. I was told they no longer offer root beer. The only reason for a combo was for a. Root beer. I left with a large water. How hard. Is it to remove a sticker or replace it ....

Every time you come and ask you have ice cream there answer is no. Even the mac flurry I bought was more of water and chocolate. When there was time max plan was served even that time they didn’t have in stock. Bad service and inefficient in quality and quantity.

The drive thru was super slow, waited 20 in the drive thru then I get my food and the fries was super cold and old, not fresh at all. I will not be going back.

The drive-thru was packed. I ordered through the app. Less than five minutes later, my food was delivered to my car. HOT and FRESH. I hadn't added (free) ketchup packets to the order, and the guy asked me if I needed any! Nope. I had "emergency ketchup" in the glove compartment.

The employees are always great. The food is fresher than I've encountered at other McDonald's...nice lobby.

A simple order. Only one car on front of me ordered and they parked both of us. Then after other customer left. 2 other cars parked and they left with thier food. 25min later I go inside and all manager did was blame that she has kids working. It's her job to train them and make sure orders are given correctly. Her excuse my order was lost. Worst customer service. Done going to this location and any of Jonathans other McDonald's. Corporate should get involved and fix these franchise! 7:59pm and at 8:35 I finally got my food.
