There was a homeless lady sitting not asking for anything just enjoying the warmth. When the Manger came over and told her I see you haven't ordered any food or eaten any....then the Manger says here you go here is some food.Have a great day..I am amazed that people like here exist..😁❤

The people are super nice at this location. I do think they should adopt the simple technique in having the person/car pull forward to wait for their order when it's going to take longer than usual. I tried the spicy chicken nuggets. They're really good. Good flavor and the right amount of spice without being too much.

I came on Saturday between 4 pm. and 5pm by the drive-thru and waited there for more than 5 minutes to order but nobody answered. Then I approached the window and nobody was there. We had to go to another place to eat. At lease you guys could put a sign to let us know you guys are closed.

The customer service here is awful! Every time i come the people are just so rude and very short . The lady taking the orders is an older women like 70 years old and she gives an attitude bc she can’t hear when we are clearly speaking at a reasonable volume . Maybe train your staff to be a little more polite .

This is not a good Wendy's location. I've been there a few times since they re-opened, and every time there has been an issue with my order. They refused to sell me a single, saying they only had doubles. The ice cream machine is broken often. They don't respond to special requests like removing condiments. Avoid this Wendy's.
