I'm so happy that we found this gem in Richardson! I've heard of it but I never got to try it and today , driving through this town with my son and grandson , we spotted it and decided to give it a try.
I love. We love it. We will be back for sure. Great prices and the servings are huge!
They even have some snacks and pastries for sale and reminded me the " pulperías " in Honduras 😊🤗💕🥰

Baleadas have a good texture, price isn't terrible and taste is ok, portions are large and actually pretty generous... but service is horrendously slow, decor is garish, and menu selections are not as varied as I expected, though I guess that's just tradition.

The food is decent but the service is average at best. Completely depends on the day. We've tried the baleadas, coffee, and the enchiladas which were all very affordable and tasty. However, when ordering in the restaurant and ordering for pick-up, the employees are not good at delivering within the promised time and they do not follow up with you regularly while at the table. If there was a little bit more focus on the customer experience, this place could really grow their business!

Do not go here. Very unsanitary. We ordered an order of baleadas with plantains and beans. The beans came with a black short hair on it. I just had to stop eating and threw all of it.
I was so disgusted. Not coming back.
