First Watch

My husband went to this place in North Carolina and was really blown away with the food so we tried it here and sadly weren’t. We tried the skillet hash, farmhouse and Italian which are served with toast, preserves and fruit. We also tried their famous peppered bacon which was not my favorite. You can definitely go visit it and make a decision for yourself but not sure if we will be returning here again.

TLDR: Food was excellent. Customer service was on point. We got seated to our likes, and plenty to drink and enjoy! My friends had told me that it was a great place to have Brunch, it was true to the hype. I had the Biscuits with Turkey Gravy and scrambled eggs, with some seasoned potatoes. If you love Biscuits and Gravy, I definitely records this dish! I had some decaf coffee and ice water with lemon. Also had to have a side of the Million Dollar Bacon. It was really crispy and tasted like heaven. My fiancee ordered the Market Hash Skillet which she really enjoyed. The Blueberry pancake was good, we shared it with everyone to try with their meals. My best friend had the Monterey Club Sandwich and it looked and tasted amazing (I asked for a little piece) My buddy got a Short Rib Hash and a side of Million Dollar Bacon. Our glasses were full and bellies as well shortly after it was all set in front of us. I will definitely be back. One thing I do suggest, if your potatoes aren't thoroughly soft and cooked, be sure to ask for them to be so. It's my only gripe but small.

Hadn’t been here in a while but was very satisfied after our most recent visit! Party of 4 on a weekday early afternoon - we sat outside on the patio, which sometimes is a hit or miss for service because you are not as visible to the servers. But our server was a delight - friendly, helpful, and gave excellent recommendations. Food itself was excellent as well (we loved the hearty & healthy lemon ricotta pancakes) (I would say the potatoes were a tad undone though, but still good) and prices are quite reasonable. I do wish they would expand their creative juice selection a bit, but the Purple Haze was addictive regardless.

This is probably my favorite brunch spot hands down! I always get their Traditional Breakfast with scrambled eggs and ham and it is soooo yummy and so filling. Everything tastes fresh and is always so good, and service is wonderful as well. If you are looking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go!
